I ordered Apollo replacement parts off of your website with the assumption that they were in stock and would ship out in a reasonable amount of time but after a week of waiting I was informed by their customer service that Apollo parts have a 2-4 week lead time. This information is not mentioned in the parts description and it should be as it definitely would have made me look elsewhere. I feel uniformed, mislead and disappointed. Not a good customer experience at all.

Opener was exact same unit that I had for operating entrance gate and they worked perfectly.

Items were stock at a great price and I received them within a week.

The lady I talk to was very pleasant and well experienced. And well be ordering in the future.

You asked how you did, so here it is: not great. I placed an order for a bracket on October 2nd. You took my money instantly — that part you had no trouble with. But here we are, over a week later, and according to your own tracking system, my order hasn’t even shipped. Not a single update. No movement. No communication. Just silence.

Why are you asking for a review when the order hasn’t even left your facility? That’s not just premature — it’s frustrating. It shows a complete disconnect between your customer service, order fulfillment, and automated systems. At this point, I have no idea if I’ll ever receive the item I paid for.

The least you could do is send an update or acknowledge the delay. Instead, it feels like you took the money and vanished. I shouldn’t have to chase down a basic order or wonder if it’s been lost in the void.

So how did you do? You fumbled this — badly.

Update: We did receive the package! An update is/was definitely in order. Realistic lead times will also significantly help with client frustration.

I ordered the product from a competitor and received in 3 days after the order.Folks the items that you are selling have a direct impact on our clients security. You obviously realize 2 weeks with a gate outnof service could have a major impact on our clients property.

Gatehouse Supplies is a great resource for my job's parking access. I can count on them to process orders quickly, helped as always by their fantastic customer service. I highly recommend their products.

Item was ordered on 9/30/25 and as of 10/8/25 it still was not even in transport yet. If you are not going to ship an item for more than a week then you need to list it as out of stock and with an estimated ship date. This delay has impacted our daily truck shipments of products.

when i ordered it said I would get it 9-1-2025 finally got it 9-8-2025 gate wide open for 7 days

Product fit well easy and quick transaction

I was having trouble with my SL3000UL Gate box having a mind of it's own. Closing spratically. I talked to Tech and he advised the fix. We installed today. Easy to change out both circuit boards. As of right now, the gate works. I will hopefully know if we fixed the problem within a few days.
