Double row slab box seemed expensive…
Double row slab box seemed expensive for a glam card board box, but, I am pleased with the quality of this product. Not all slab boxes hold the several different types of slabs, but I tried quite a few and they all worked fine. Box arrived very very quickly and was well packaged for travel.

Sears opener replace by 878MAX…
My old Sears opener is obsolete and replaced by 878MAX. The description on units that it does not work on was not clear. In addition the instructional video mentions the white color programing button my unit has but programing does not work. Now I have to pay 20% restocking fee. Rep and I disagree on what web site indicates

Good and not so good
This is the 4th trolley nut kit I've ordered. The nut has fit well but a little tight not allowing the gate to be opened by hand. Also, I hate ordering the entire kit (expensive) when only the plastic nut is needed which can't be ordered alone; the rest is discarded or recycled.

Company is a joke
Company is a joke. They state you can return items and then hide behind most items not being returnable. Complete waste, don’t use them. Find a better alternative company who will actually work with their customers
UPDATE: My order was on 5/11/25, but this fits with my experience. I don’t know where you got my “3 year old order”
The company hides behind a bogus “return policy” as you can see below. They can send defective parts, but you can’t return a part if it was not necessary because you “may have damaged it”. Except they could test it when returned. Also, instead of stating when ordering the unit, it isn’t returnable they state you should read their refunds/exchanges page after the fact.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for credit on operators or circuit boards.
We do that for the protection of our customers. If a customer thinks they have an issue with a component, they may order it, connect it to their system, only to find out that wasn't the problem, then try to return it.
We would have no way of knowing if it was damaged when doing so, and we do not want to accept a return and then send it out to another customer and have there be an issue with a new product.
We do offer exchanges if the products are defective. I believe you told our representative that you wanted a different system, and we offered credit for an exchange. However, you stated that you had already obtained a new system elsewhere.
I am sorry that it worked out this way for you, but we do have policies like this in place for a reason.

I buy these as extra- I lose one or two per year from
lightning storms. I wont know if they work until i hook em up but I have never had any issues with quality and I have ordered a few of them in the past.
It does take a long time to get them but when i called customer service they were 5 stars with their honest status reports

Parts were ordered after hours Thursday and arrived Monday in Texas. Liftmaster no longer makes the part, but Gatehouse had identical match to OEM
