Just wanted to arrange a viewing leaving a name and telephone number but apparently now you have to give over you Current address, Email and a raft of other details just to view a house. Did the same with others an just receive nothing but junk emails that clog up my inbox. I will not share my email with Estate Agents to inundate me with unwanted communication.

When we arrange a viewing, we ask for a name, phone number and email address so we can confirm things in writing, send over the relevant property details, and contact you quickly if anything changes.
As discussed on the call, we offered to opt you out of any marketing with immediate effect, so you would not have received any marketing communication from us.
We ask for accurate contact details as part of our normal viewing process, to help protect both our clients and our team. These checks help us provide a safe and professional service for everyone involved.
