Gathering Games Reviews 

So happy that I pre-ordered with Gathering Games my Riftbound Booster boxes, I have had other stores that cancelled my orders but not Gathering games.

The best part was that not only did they not cancel my pre-order, when I was making my initial pre-order back in May 25, they price matched with another store.

Super amazing experience ordering and very very happy with the service.

Great communication, there was a delay with my order but the phone staff were responsive and helped get the order out quickly after the issue. Would recommend

Gathering Games were great with my Riftbound pre-order. Quick to respond to any questions via their chat, with clearly a real person (as opposed to a chat bot like many companies use).

My order arrived as communicated and was well packaged. I'd absolutely use them again. My only reservation was that I had to chase up a little bit to confirm when the preorder would arrive, but otherwise a flawless experience.

It was very easy to navigate the website. Decent price and I got my package soon

Pre-ordered Gundam TCG starter decks and was advised they could only fulfil only 1 deck out of the 4 I'd ordered but they would hold my order and I could wait for a restock. The restock date came and I was advised that they didn't get any more so I requested for the 1 deck to be sent and a refund on the 3 others. This was meant to be shipped on the 21st October but no tracking was provided for the 48 hour shipping I had paid for. I've contacted them through numerous channels and have not received a reply. At this stage I'm assuming they didn't actually hold the product for me like they said. It's a shame as it looks like other people have had good experiences with this store but unortunately I won't be buying from them again in the future.

Swift delivery and fair prices that reflect RRP rather than scalper prices.

I bought a game at a very competitive price. It arrived promptly and I am very pleased with it.

Highly recommend this business. Excellent customer service, great offers and speedy delivery. I have placed three orders so far and I will continue to use regularly.

Imagine being a company sending out an email to your 'loyal' customers to offer them a chance to buy a product for market price (double the rrp) instead of retail on a pre order....won't be shopping here anymore.
I get product is limited, but thats not a justified reason for a retail store which has a wholesale account to scalp. If you're going to scalp, don't act like you're doing your customers a favour just rip us all off on all the products you sell.

Item came well packaged and in great condition. Did have a bit of a panic when my parcel wasn't despatched when promised (same day as order was placed before 2pm) and when I had no response to my attempts to get in contact on the following Saturday but they were very quick to get back in touch on the following Monday to explain the delay and reassure me that my item would definitely be despatched that day.

Can't fault the service I received but since this was my first time shopping with Gathering Games I would just recommend they show the times their customer service operates, alongside their store opening hours, so others like myself don't potentially panic too since I assumed it was the same as store open hours but customer service doesn't operate over the weekend. It's due to this I'm giving 4* and not 5* but it's a minor issue and overall I'm happy.

Very scummy place that back doors pre orders to select customers from "Luke" when they tell the rest of us they don't have them, I know of 2 different people that have already pre ordered and paid for Phantasmal Flames whilst the rest of us are told they aren't available yet, very scummy operations🤡🤡🤡

Competitive prices, speedy postage, quick and friendly Customer Service. Can't fault these guys and you can tell they're passionate about what they do through all the content they put up.

Amazingly simple and confidence in my purchase started an obsession with MTG
