This was my first time discovering and purchasing from Gathering Games. I had ordered Bar Room Brawl and put the wrong delivery address, I emailed customer services and Luke responded immediately and corrected the address for me.

The packaging was a letdown. I get that it's a bit out of the ordinary for this company, but it still happened, and I wasn't the only one - lots of folks in the community had the same issue with this board game. The box was too small, so it left gaping holes that were covered with tape that was placed directly on the game, which meant I had to tear the game just to get the parcel open.

As for the company's response, it was pretty disappointing and all over the place. As previously mentioned, I wasn't alone in having a poorly packaged game, yet we all got different answers. Some were offered an instant return, some waited weeks without a response, others were told that replacements wouldn’t be available until January, while a few were told that stock would arrive in December.

Ordered a game for a Christmas present and was a bit worried it wouldn't get here in time. But the delivery was very quick and was in good strong packaging.

Firstly i just want to say a thankyou to gatheringgames for being fantastic at what they do!

i made my first ever purchase a couple of weeks back and was kept informed every step of the way due to a delayed product out of their control!

i then got invited to purchase another product at a very competitive price and was thrilled to be notified the next morning it was already shipped with its tracking number. fast forward to yesterday and both items came perfectly packaged, although i live far from store they have earnt my respect and gained a permanent customer!
