I strongly do not recommend ordering from GAUGE81.

I received the item and immediately tried to return it within the legal return period. The item is unused, in its original condition, and ready to be returned.

However, GAUGE81’s return portal does not work properly and does not allow me to submit a return request. I contacted their customer service several times by email, Instagram direct messages and public comments, but received no response at all.

They did not provide a return address, return instructions, or any return reference / RMA number. I am ready to pay for the return shipping myself, but the company simply does not provide any way to complete the return.

I also found public insolvency records indicating that GAUGE81 B.V. was declared bankrupt in the Netherlands and that the bankruptcy was later terminated due to lack of assets. At the same time, the website still identifies GAUGE81 B.V. as the seller. This raises serious concerns.

Because the company does not respond and effectively blocks the return process, I had to file a complaint with the European Consumer Centre Italy and open a card dispute / chargeback request with my bank.

This is unacceptable for an online retailer. Customers should be able to return items within the legal return period, especially when the company itself publishes a return policy on its website.

Sono totalmente delusa e frustrata dall'esperienza con e-commerce di Gauge81.
Ho ordinato 3 articoli, ne arrivano solo 2 - scrivo all'assistenza che risponde dopo vari solleciti, fortunatamente rimborsando l'articolo ( leggendo commenti su Instagram credo di essere stata una delle poche elette a ricevere un rimborso).
Vorrei poi procedere anche con un cambio, sempre dopo vari solleciti mi confermano disponibilità della taglia richiesta, salvo poi rettificare che ops, si sono sbagliati e la taglia non è disponibile, che sono alle prese con un cambio magazzino e stanno avendo difficoltà operative. Dopodiché PUFF! Spariti, non hanno più risposto alle mie mail in cui chiedevo rimborso completo vista l'impossibilità di procedere col cambio. Pessima esperienza, assolutamente da evitare!

I am extremely disappointed with GAUGE81.

I received my order on 18 June and immediately tried to initiate a return within the return period. Unfortunately, the return portal does not work.

I have sent multiple emails, Instagram messages and public comments, but I have received absolutely no response from customer service.

I also noticed many customers reporting similar return issues under the brand’s Instagram posts.

At this point, I am unable to exercise my right to return my order simply because the company does not respond.

I hope GAUGE81 will finally resolve this issue, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend purchasing directly from this brand.
