I was kept informed at all times about the delivery and the cabinet was so well wrapped it would have been very difficult to sustain any damage. Great product by a really good company.

The company delivered this product to…
The company delivered this product to my billing address, not the delivery address. I then had to make additional arrangements to ship the product to my delivery address which was an additional cost to me. The communication over the phone is non-existent. The staff said he would call me back on numerous occasions yet didn't get a call back. At the end of the day, I had to fix the issue myself at a further cost to me.

GDK were very good and helpful
GDK were very good and helpful. DPD an absolute nightmare. Refused to bring the item to the house, as he said his lorry was too big so I had to go and meet him and pick up the delivery. I would go elsewhere for any company that uses DPD in the future even if it means paying more. GDK not to blame.

Communication really needs work.
I ordered clays, I hadn't paid the surcharge for postage(totally fair we live on an island) so Gary called to explain and sent on emails and links to complete the payment. The clays were successfully delivered around 5 days later. However I never received an invoice. I have now emailed around 4 times just to ask for an invoice to be sent (so I can claim the purchase back) and unfortunately have had no response or invoice so I can't claim my over £700 order back from the company my husband works for. Tried to be super patient but it has now been over a month. Shame really as the initial service was brilliant.
