Helpful polite promptly sent someone round to sort a leaking sink. Knowledgeable and provided a much better solution than we currently have, would highly recommend as they are professional competent and reasonably priced. Not often you find all of that in one package!

Plumber came on time and assessed the job.He didn't have the appropriate parts so had to get them from the suppliers.From start to finish it only took one hour.Friendly and efficient.Pricewise very reasonable considering what many plumbers may charge.Would use them again.

After a pretty horrendous fire (thatched roof), the water supply having been disabled due to leaks, Dan sent us Ian the same afternoon of our enquiry. Ian went above and beyond. Discovering and fixing 3 leaks, restoring the water supply and providing some much needed peace of mind. Professional whilst being sympathetic and understanding our urgency. Wouldn’t hesitate in using them again and would highly recommend

We had a leak from the bathroom going through the ceiling. Not knowing where the stop cock was or how to trace the leak we called GD Property Solutions.
Dan was very helpful and got a plumber out to us within the hour.

My neighbour had a leak going from her property through to the flat below. She asked me for help initially to try and turn her stopcock off, which I couldn't as it had corroded and cross threaded. So I phoned GD Property Solutions as they were amazing last time we called them for help. Dan was really helpful and reassuring on the phone, really listened and took his time noting the issues. GD managed to get a plumber to us within the hour....WOW. The plumber Dominic was absolutely brilliant, he managed to shut the water off, trace and repair the leak, which was a faulty soil pipe in the Rest room and kindly fitted a new stopcock. 10/10 service, thanks for coming to my aid again. Highly recommended service all round.

Just contact a trader independently, these cowboys charge an arm and a leg and pretend that the worker coming out is one of their workmen. They aren't, they are a third party that ring the workman on your behalf and put in an hourly rate of £125 for the privilege. Avoid.

Can't rate Dan and James highly enough! Communication was great and they were able to diagnose the problem and have parts to fix it super quickly! I felt really comfortable talking to both of them and know our heating is in good hands. They even went through our LPG system to help me understand it better, definitely top notch service.

Really pleased with the service. Right from the start I felt listened to. I had a tap replaced and had had to contact many plumbers so I knew straight away I was talking to professionals. Customer service was excellent and they were more than happy be accommodating. The plumber arrived really soon and diagnosed promptly. I had real peace of mind that I was in good hands. We developed a leak under the bath. I called GD Property Solutions this morning after finding them through an area search on Google, and spoke to someone called Dan, who said they would be able to help sometime today. He explained they had someone working locally in the area and asked for some photographs of the leakage, which I sent thrugh Whats App (I had already itentified the issue which was leakage from the fittings on the Bath Trap. I was kept informed of the costing, and possible time of the engineer which was just a few hours later. The engineer was very polite and explained the options to fix the issue which was caused by some previous shoddy work. Once itentified the engineer fixed the problem quickly. I would definately recommend GD Property Solutions.

All work completed to excellent standard, work clean all way thru job of fitting shower and all electric work done same way, workers very professional.

Had a plumbing emergency and was sorted very quickly the same morning. Both a friendly and efficient service.

Had a leak that was difficult to diagnose. They came back free of charge when it continued to make up for it. Top customer service.

Trip switch on electric panel would not reset.
Dan arranged for local contractor within an hour who promptly arrived & did a thorough examination of all electrical sockets & fixing the short (caused by a melting slug arcing the socket!!).
Would thoroughly recommend & would certainly use again!
