I can only speak from my own personal experience, I have read the poor reviews but my experiene was excellent. I ordered a pair of boots, yes they gave the impression they were UGG but I didn't believe they were from the start not at £38.99, I just liked the look of them.
Anyway a pair came, they were a bit tight so I contacted the company and asked if I could exchange for a size bigger. They actually said I could have a size bigger at no extra cost and didn't need to send the original pair back. The size bigger arrived today and they are perfect. I accept they are probably not top notch quality but I knew that before I ordered them. I am a happy customer.

It is a total scam. Boots are not uggs. They advertise a 4.5 star rating on trust pilot. Boots took over 3 weeks to arrive. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This company has ads placed on GOOGLE PLAY games apps, using the UGG logo.

Trust pilot needs to live up to its name instead of its past reputation and do something to stop illegal traders.

Ordered what looked like comfortable winter boots. Many emails + phone call to check on delivery. Very vague about where they are based in USA. Finally arrived but not suitable. Too tight - and I'm a small size. Much research to find returns policy/contact information. What happens next - hopefully a returns label and subsequent refund - watch this space! Well, no return label possible, I can send them back to China at my own expense, and wait, and wait for any possible refund - or I can take 30% refund and keep the boots. Least worst option - take £11.69 and donate the boots to a local charity. So that's what I did, and fair dos - the refund is there already.

Saw their ads for this website advertising UGGS! Absolutely fake, brand new website, no history. If you spend money YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!
