When the PC arrived the GPU wasn't working. When I contacted the team they responded quickly and provided clear and concise fixes.

When those didn't work they provided videos, made specifically for my issue which helped fix the problem ( the GPU most likely got loosened in transit and had to be re-seated ).

The PC runs smoothly and well, I am very happy overall

Really good and patient, came with boxes of the parts and gave me 5070ti for 1p extra instead of the 4070 ti super as they ran out. They answered all of my questions so far

Great response from GeekaPC whenever I asked a question about my pc (King model). The delivery was sooner than expected and the packaging was satisfactory. The performance was really good and can run any newly released game without any stutter.

After looking for my first proper gaming PC I decided to support a channel I had been following for a while. After purchasing I realised the company was close by. They offered to deliver it by a team member and it was honestly the best bit of customer service I have experienced to date. Not only was it packaged amazingly to minimize any damage (there was none) but the team member they sent out was an absolutely amazing guy. The communication via email was the best of the best and I highly recommend you give them a try. My PC is absolutely amazing and runs everything I want super well and I've ran into literally 0 issues.

I was initially worried with how safely it would be packed when out for shipping, but when it arrived, I was impressed with how safe and secure everything was packaged.
I have no complaints at all with the whole experience. I would recommend this company to anyone who's looking to get a prebuilt pc

So far so good. Very happy with my purchase so far, although is still early days. Any questions I had were answered and I did ask a few. I was also able to upgrade the CPU on the build to one that suited me more. I even asked if this could be separated into 2 payment links, 1 for the default build and one for the upgrade and this was no issue at all. Great communication and very accommodating. Item was also packed very well, a lot bigger than I was expecting. All boxes for each main component were also supplied. Found on YouTube and will continue following. Highly recommend thank you. I went for the GeekaPC 'Pro'

Took a plunge on these guys and glad I did. You don't put that much work in on your youtube and website for ulterior motives. My system came with a slightly higher spec motherboard (must have ran out) so no complaints from me. Arrived within the 10 day period and packaged well with all the extra cables/boxes etc

It was a great pc and they even accepted when I asked to upgrade the gpu to a 4080 super which made the build that much better amazing quality would definitely recommend.

This PC is amazingly built! At first, the price seemed a bit high, but after receiving the product, I was blown away by the quality and the packaging from GeekaPc. I would highly recommend this product and this company to anyone looking for a high-quality PC at a great price point. I was not disappointed in the slightest.

Delivery was quick and without any faults. had a few issues and when contacting their support the same day got some one to give me solutions to fix said problem allowing me to be able to use it same day.

I have been watching James on his YouTube channel for a while, so to see him build a specific rig that caught my attention was the one that made me contact them, given they had just recently started offering builds to customers. From consulting via email and phone, to the physical build and order process, very slick and very professional. They also delivered on time, which given its nearly Christmas, top notch service.
