From the off geekbitshirts.com have been a pain. I chose 2 t-shirts that i wanted and placed the order, i unticked the box about marketing. I have now received 4 marketing emails a day, every day since placing my order. God knows how many i would have got if i had left the box ticked. Once the order is placed, that is it, no more communication about the actual order, such as manufacture/shipping/delivery dates. When the items did finally arrive i will say they are of good quality.....just a shame they are 2 sizes smaller than the size guide states. I ordered 4XL's for a 60" chest, as per the size guide (i like a loose t-shirt). They have arrived and they are marked as 4XL t-shirts but they are very tight. Measured them and they are 54" chests, which is the size for 2-3XL. Have emailed the support services 5 times, no answer. But i have received 24 marketing emails. Unless you live in USA then just don't bother, waste of money from my experience there is no return option

Since nothing arrived yet could do much better.

The clothing is clearly displayed and all available options (colour, size, number required) are clear and easy to select.
The sheer number of tee shirts that you now carry makes the website a little clumsy to navigate, but I don't see how it can be improved. If you try to split it into "topics", there will be shirts which fit two or even three of them, which would require some fancy programming to allow those items to appear in all relevant subgroups
Ordering was straightforward and fast, with the email confirmation appearing in my "mailbox" within a minute of my completing the order.
If this batch of tees are as good a quality as the previous ones I have had from you, I am really looking forward to their arrival.

Bit slow on delivery, but a great quality t shirt

The tee shirt choosen.is for my husbands birthday. He is known to me as the most sarcastic man I know. I just hope it gets to us before his birthday

Easy to order. Find the t shirt you like. Easy to choose the colour the size and pay now. So easy would order again

Should have read the other reviews. Ordered in May, recieved tracking that just goes to a chinese website.
I did hope to recieve by my husband's birthday, but reading other reviews on here... I'd say that's not happening. I would avoid if I were you.

At no point on the website does it say that these shirts are being shipped from China. So far my order was placed 23 days ago and I have still yet to see them. The designs offered on the website are fun, but if I knew, especially considering who much I paid, I am pretty sure I could have cut out the middleman and ordered on platforms such as Shein which offer similar products with dramatically cheaper prices and shipping times.

Once I was able to fix the problems with PayPal my transaction went quickly and smoothly.

SCAM SCAM SCAM !

Items were not delivered. Order tracking was provided but was clearly fictitious. Courier was untraceable (queries directed to a Chinese website). Follow-up order queries direct to Geekbitshirts received no response. I am now trying to recover my payment through my credit card company.

I love the Mobius strip and was very pleased to see the T shirt. Looking forward to explaining it to non geek friends.

A huge selection, very competitive prices, and excellent quality. Have dealt with the customer service because I (not them) made an error on my order, chose wrong size, and it was corrected immediately, and I mean immediately. Now it can take a few weeks for the order to arrive in the UK, but it is worth it, for as previously mentioned, the T Shirts are immaculate. I have had no issues with this company (and no I don't work for them), and have bought from Geekbitshirts many times. They are that good.
