This was my first order. It was reasonably priced to start with then l got a discount code so l was even happier. I ordered a lounge fly rucksack featuring Pixar’s Up film and it was all l could hope for. Colourful, durable and with the lovely ballon house l love so much. It was sent well packed and quickly, so couldn’t ask for better.

The site was easy to navigate, I found what I was looking for and a whole lot more. My delivery arrived earlier than expected which was great. Everything was exactly as described and perfectly packaged to keep it safe in transit.

I love the store and everything on the website. It has some amazing finds. However, most of the items I like are out of stock, so I don't have many options to buy. Nonetheless, it's still a good store. I just wish more Marvel items weren’t out of stock, and for there to be more available.

Unfortunately the dupes coming out of Geekcore at the moment are being highlighted throughout social media.
I do not know who their supplier is but something isn't right if it's making it into a lot of peoples comments and hauls of blind boxes etc

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and for sharing your concerns. I am really sorry to hear you have had a frustrating run of duplicate mystery pins.
I would like to reassure you on a couple of important points. All of our Loungefly mystery pins come directly from Funko, Loungefly’s owner, in sealed cartons. We do not open, sort or repack any mystery products. When we ship orders, our team picks completely at random from those sealed cartons to keep the mystery element fair and genuine for everyone.
With mystery or blind box pins, the way the designs are mixed in each case, the collation, is decided and packed at the factory by Funko. Duplicates are always a possibility, and sometimes certain designs will appear far more often than others in a single case. That can unfortunately lead to hauls with a lot of dupes, even when everything is brand new and straight from the official source.
One thing that might help: if a customer orders in full carton quantities, we are always happy to send a full sealed carton. This is the safest way to know everything you receive has come from the same case. Because we sell so many mystery pins, smaller orders of two or three boxes will almost always be picked from multiple cartons, which naturally increases the chance of hitting duplicates compared to opening a single sealed case.
We completely understand why this can feel like something “isn’t quite right” when you see lots of duplicates on social media, so it is important to us to be transparent about how the process works and where our stock comes from. If you ever feel the ratios seem really off or would like us to feed your experience back to Funko, please do get in touch with your order details and we will be happy to pass that on.
