I received a package where some of the containers were broken. I sent them a email and they apologised and refunded the damaged goods a couple of days later. Great customer service!
Overall pleased, the arid earth container lid was loosened during transit and spilled a bit in the packaging, lost some of the sand and rocks but not a whole lot.
I have ordered from geek gaming gaming scenics three times, all their products are excellent and shipping is fast to Australia, I will continue to use their products.

Overall pleased

smooth experience and quality products
