I’ve been following GeeknSon since their first Kickstarter campaign back in 2014, and when the Plus campaign launched I finally had the space and means to buy a Megan table. I’ve now owned it for around a year and genuinely love it.

With the 2.0 campaign I expanded my setup with one of their benches, which arrived today. The quality is superb — this is absolutely a case of getting what you pay for. These are beautifully made pieces of furniture, not flat-pack Ikea equivalents.

Pawel and Radek, who delivered the bench today, were both friendly and helpful. Pawel also delivered my table last year and the service was just as excellent then.

The only weak point in my experience has been email correspondence, which can be quite slow at times. That said, they still seem to operate very much like a family-run business despite how much the company has grown, so I can understand why communication occasionally lags behind demand.

Overall, an easy 5-star review from me. The quality, design, and delivery experience have all been excellent.

Received the Megan 2.0 we ordered through gamfound.
While there were delays, it's probably to be expected with these kinds of things.

The table is here now and it's absolutely awesome !
Now i just hope that some of the accessories will be available at a later date in case it turns out we need some

The Megan is a great table, we have even added quite a few accessories on it now.
The delivery is well done by their own services, all is in order and for any issue with the order the customer service is very efficient, we received help for all the issues we had and are very satisfied with everything we received.

I highly recommend Geeknson for everyone that wants a long lasting and good looking table for game nights !

The delivery was just perfect. It was an incredibly tight fit, but communication with Geeknson allowed to make the correct estimations and their delivery team (2p) was extremely well coordinated, as well as polite, well informed, had amazing communication and are crazy strong. (6p Virgo table onto 2nd floor, 100kg). The table, as expected, is just an absolute beauty, all fittings are perfect, everything is spot on. I would give 6 stars if I could.

The delivery was quick and professional. Very friendly team, from the drivers to the logstics support. The table itself is great quality as expected.
If I have the opportunity I would definitely buy furniture from Geeknson again.

I promised my self I would get a Geeknson table in 2025 to play boardgames when I retired. I ordered a Megan and matching chairs, which were delivered in January of this year. Wonderful communication and service from Geeknson and what a table. Great build quality and beautifully put together. The customer care is first class too. My thanks to all at Geeknson.

It's was not made by john and dave but by two great guys Paul and Philips thanks again for the delivery !

My family had become increasingly interested in board games, so we decided to purchase a dedicated board game table. After extensive research I settled on the Geeknson Denis table because it fit what I was looking for. Specifically, I wanted a real wood table with a roughly 3" vault depth and a 3-4" wide border. I also wanted lots of options for accessories, both on an outer rail and in the table interior. The Geeknson Denis table fit all of these requirements.

During the ordering process I spoke several times by phone with Terry on the sales team. He explained all of the options for the different tables Geeknson offers and made the ordering process a breeze. I opted for delivery by the Geeknson team rather than courier, as I have had bad experiences with courier delivery for furniture.

After a 12-week manufacturing process the table was delivered by two members of Geeknson's US team.  Unfortunately as the team was assembling the table we noticed a few imperfections. Long story short, the inside edge of the table top had a 4" cosmetic defect, and several of the accessories were broken or cracked. The delivery team took pictures of everything that was defective to report back to Geeknson. We later discovered another problem: the inside of the table frame has a "ledge" which not only supports the table leaves when they are inserted, but also functions as an internal rail for acrylic card and token holders which Geeknson makes. But this gap was too small along one long edge of the table for the acrylic holders to fit into, which was disappointing.

Now if this had been a $500 table from Amazon I would have been less bothered by these imperfections. But this was not an inexpensive table, so these blemishes were heartbreaking! Fortunately from the moment I contacted Geeknson about these issues they took full ownership of them. I spoke with several members of their customer support and manufacturing teams on a conference call and sent them photos and videos of the defects, and I could tell they were taking notes to ensure this doesn't happen again. They took the matter very seriously and never tried to blow me off or chalk the issues up to "natural variations in wood" or something. 

After trying different solutions including remanufacturing the acrylic card holders with narrower hooks (which they told me didn't work because they became too fragile), they proposed a fix that blew my mind: they would make and ship me a replacement table frame. I know this was not an easy decision for them, as making and shipping something like this to the United States is not cheap. Geeknson's willingness to do this speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction.

But they didn't just "send a new tabletop." The president of Geeknson personally came to my house and replaced the ENTIRE table: frame, legs, and all the leaves. He also had replacements for the broken strake board, accessory box, and game master desk. He gave me pointers about installing and removing the leaves and other accessories, tested the LED lights, and ensured that everything about the table was satisfactory - and indeed it was!

Not to sound like a pessimist, but I have had enough bad customer service experiences that I was very nervous about something being wrong with the replacement table: dimensions being off, LED lights not working, a replacement accessory being forgotten... something. Nope! The table was in pristine condition and the inserts from the original table fit the new one like a glove. Geeknson truly went above and beyond my expectations and, as far as I'm concerned, set a new gold standard for customer service.

As for the table itself, I couldn't be more pleased. I know my family will spend many happy hours around it, and it is truly the crown jewel of our basement game area.
