As a retired educator and Level 7 Google Local Guide with over 3.4M views, I value marketplace integrity. I attempted to purchase the GEEKOM GT1 Mega AI (32GB RAM) for my professional work with IGNITE English Resources, specifically for developing AI-resistant and AI-Intelligent educational curriculum.

The product was explicitly advertised on GEEKOM.ca for $1,095.65 for the 32GB RAM model. However, at checkout, the price jumped significantly. When I contacted support with proof, they refused to honour the advertised price.

I have timestamped screenshots proving this was advertised as 32GB for $1,095.65. They admitted the display was 'confusing' but hid behind legal technicalities to avoid honoring the price. As a Level 7 Google Local Guide, I cannot post a review of Geekom since they don't have an actual Google Maps location, so I have uploaded this proof to Sitejabber and the BBB for public record.

Due to this lack of transparency and Geekom's rigid customer service, I have decided to take my business to Amazon. If a company is this difficult to deal with before the sale, I have zero confidence in their support if a unit arrives defective.

I strongly recommend Canadian consumers look at more reliable brands that honour their advertisements.

I purchased the Geekom A8 Ryzen 9 8945HS and my experience has been extremely poor regarding the company and the product so far. Right out of the box, the bluetooth did not work, the wifi is half as fast as any other device after multiple speedtests (even slower than devices that are over 10 years old...), the fan runs loud and the constant sound is obnoxious, there is no output sound, and most problematically, the mini pc constantly and randomly shuts down by itself while in use to a black screen and then doesnt restart. Basically the mini pc is unusable and after contacting Geekom Canada via email they have completely ghosted me. Despite following up 4 times they still have not replied for 3 weeks now and the 30day refund policy will expire soon which I believe is a tactic they use to not give your money back. Geekom is a scam company that will take your money while providing zero support. Do not trust any of the fake positive reviews. If you are unfortunate enough to receive a faulty product, you are SOL because Geekom will not refund you your money, the only thing you can do is file a chargeback with your credit card which takes weeks to get a resolution. It is a massive waste of time and money, and an even more frustrating experience considering I needed a pc for work and they will not refund me despite sending me a faulty and defective mini pc. Avoid Geekom products at all costs and purchase from an actual legitimate company!

I am highly unsatisfied with my experience with the mini pc and with geekom support. The mini pc does not work at all anymore. It will not restart at all and is stuck on the blue automatic repair screen. I've documented everything with pictures and videos. Give me my money back! You sent me a defective mini pc and it's been 1 month since I have been requesting my money back via email with no response! I am so frustrated because I need a pc for my job but geekom has wasted 1 month of my time by sending me a faulty pc with absolutely NO support and NO refund!

UPDATE: I lowered the review to 2* from 3* after it took over 3 weeks for a refund and it takes 4+ days for customer service to reply to inquiries.
They are great at selling you a computer, shipping was quick and it came well packaged. If you google search them be prepared to be bombed all over social media and the web with Geekom Ads,.
The bad, the discount codes that they advertise do not work and its like pulling teeth to get them to honor them. The computer on paper had great specs but was super sluggish and worked the same as a cheap basic PC. I returned the PC and they confirmed receipt but they are super slow refunding money. I would suggest buying from another company. I ended up replacing the GEEKOM A8 with a basic MAC MINI with much lower specs. The MAC is way faster. If you are in the market for a mini pc I would suggest buying something cheap off of amazon as they are just as slow as the mid range Geekom A8 which I returned but have not received a refund or buy a mac mini. Personally the operating system doesnt matter to me as I use the same software and go to the same websites.

Great mini-PC, very fast. The after-sales support is great. Its performance is more than I expected. I have the smallest, but most powerful computer in the house :)

I bought the A6 model a few months ago to replace my large machine, and I am very satisfied with it. I chose Geekom because I wanted 2 HDMI outputs and a card reader. It runs on Windows 11 Pro and is silent even under heavy CPU demand. I highly recommend it. Additionally, I contacted customer service for information about an update, and they provided me with excellent guidance.

I needed a smaller PC as my new space was smaller and my applications had changed.
The unit arrived quickly and setup was simple. Connected mouse, keyboard, monitor and Ethernet and everything worked perfectly. Windows 11 needed some updates and then good to go.
I'm delighted with its size and noise level, which is almost inaudible in most use cases for me. It seems to run cool in most of my use cases.. Case is solidly made and easy to open for upgrades if needed. Connectivity is great. Ample ports including 2 USB 4. WiFi 6 is nice but I haven’t tested as only WiFi 5 available. 2.5G Ethernet a nice upgrade.
On occasion I need to run a VM to test something and this unit didn’t miss a beat even with the VM on an external USB 3 drive. I haven’t tried with two VMs yet.
Expansion capabilities are great. Room for a second SSD and a 3.5” drive! And RAM upgradeable. So much in a small package

I purchased GEEKOM XT12 Pro 12th Gen Intel Core i9 12900H 32GB RAM 1TB SSD from geekom.ca website. My order shipped in nice packing and reached within estimated time. The first thing after receiving the PC, I updated pre installed Window 11 Pro OS for the latest patches and its completed successfully that guarantees the genuineness of the Windows license. After that I installed many applications like DB servers, development tools, VM wares, team collaboration tools like zoom, goggle meet, gaming applications etc and everything is working great. I have been using this PC from couple of months for software development, surfing, streaming, gaming etc and I am fully satisfied with performance and reliability. There is no in-built speaker in the PC and I have to connect external speakers/headset for everything that's little annoying but its a highly recommended and value for money PC.

I bought a Geekom Air12 Mini PC with the newer N150 processor. The ordering was easy. They were quick to respond and help out when I wanted to apply an online coupon. Order was shipped via Amazon super quick. Setup was easym. Build quality is amazing. Felt secure in ordering from them for support and warranty vs. some random shop on a Chinese shopping app. So far the PC has been great for the purposes it was bought for. Would purchase from them again!

Great little computer - highly recommend

I purchased the N100 mini PC. First time owning one and first time buying from Geekom. The ordering process was simple and straightforward. I must admit I haven’t been more pleased! It arrived on time, it is working flawlessly.. and when I saw the product packaging, I knew right away I bought a high quality product from a company that pays attention to the finest of details. Superior packaging, high end foam protection, and everything else was neatly wrapped and taped. Highly recommended!

Upon encountering an issue, the support team were quick to respond, and after determining it was a hardware issue, quickly sent out a new unit, and had me follow simple steps for a return. Everything is working well to date, and my experience in all communications have been professional, courteous, and timely.

I've had the mini PC for about 7 months.
I am using it for light office work, email, browsing the internet (basic home stuff). Absolutely no issues, very happy with my purchase. Also, a fair price and easy setup

A bit more than I was looking to spend but a huge value. Got a AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS and 32G ram with all the ports I could want. Can handle 8K which is great for the future. 2TB ssd and I saw a noticeable drop in power usage over my old tower. Great value and a steady machine. Saved a lot of upgrades too compared to others near it's price. Recommended

I purchased a Geekom GMA5R75825U-16512-CA as an inexpensive desktop replacement for my wife. It was so impressive I bought three more for friends and family. Geekom staff were great at answering questions and resolving a problem with one unit. From my perspective, for all but gaming this particular unit has performed well, is quiet, and inobtrusive - the enclosed mounting plate and screws make it easy to attach to the VESA mounts on the back of most modern LCD displays.

Mine is an A8. I replaced a big ol' engineering workstation with this little thing. For Circuit Design I need fast graphics and computational power. No kidding; this little PC is absolutely wonderful and perfectly meets my needs: fast, quiet and flexible.

After several months of use, the Geekom GT1-Mega has proven to be a strong performer and is being used as a Windows 11 replacement for my old Windows 10 desktop PC. The only reason for not giving a 5 star review is that the cooling fan runs practically non stop, and since the unit is sitting right under the monitors (another advantage of such a small form factor) the fan can be somewhat annoying.
