Very bad experience with in return policy I have raised request regarding exchange or refund but they can't reply mail or no body will pick up phone.My bracelet is still is in unboxing condition.Return policy does not work.

They don’t sell natural citrine stones. They sell color enhanced or fake one. Even t he certificate will say just citrine. When u called the Gemstrue who certify for them told me it’s colour enhanced. They don’t refund or exchange they argue it’s original. Don’t buy from here even the AI apps like Gemini and ChatGPT said the one they sent me is not citrine

I am looking for authentic rudraksh bracelets. Looked at the website and it has bracelets labelled "kids". So I reached out asking if they have adults bracelets, the size since I have a small wrist and a few other questions. No response for 2 weeks!! then I reached out to the instagram handle - numerous follows up, I was finally told they are out of adult bracelets. Such an easy response but took numerous follow ups. Terrible customer service.

Horrible, I have spent almost 4832 rupees on products and then sent it back, after this they have made me run around since April to get the money back. Now, no product, No refund. Shameless service from gemsmantra and astro Arun cheating good customers like this, I have sent over 20+ mails and 50 calls atleast, have shown so much of proof and made so much of attempt to get the refund, that I don’t think I will ever get at this point. Do not buy from Astro Arun if you ever want a refund.

I first saw Arun Panditji in Ranveer Allahabadias podcast and really inspired the way he explains the astrology in a very simple manner. Similarly his team is also very simple and helpful, I always interacted with Preeti Kashyap mam , she been very supportive and always a quick responders. I have purchased 7 kundali 4 rings and had asked her n number of questions and she also makes me understand and believe astrology and its truth. I am so satisfied and grateful to their service. Absolutely Unacceptable Service – Still Waiting After 3+ Weeks for a $500+ Ring!

I placed an order for a ring on 22nd May through the GemsMantra website, paying over $500 AUD for what I expected to be a premium product with reliable service. It's now 14th June, and I am still waiting for my ring to be delivered. No ring. No proper shipping updates. No accountability. Just vague, recycled responses whenever I try to follow up.

For a company that claims to specialize in sacred gemstones and energy, this experience has been nothing short of infuriating. The only energy I’ve received is stress and disappointment. Charging customers this kind of money and failing to deliver for weeks — without any concrete communication — is beyond unprofessional.

If this is how GemsMantra treats paying customers, I shudder to think what they consider acceptable service. The complete lack of urgency or care is appalling.

To anyone considering ordering from this site: don’t. You risk throwing away your money and your patience. I expected premium quality and timely service for $500+, not a ghosted transaction and endless waiting.

I ordered a gemstone ring from Gemantra, and they delivered it to me in two weeks in Australia without any additional charges.
Gemantra ( specifically Kirti and Ajay) advised me to choose a high-quality gemstone and contact the jeweler directly to make the ring. They fulfilled this request for me.
I genuinely appreciate Gemantra’s services and recommend them to anyone seeking high-quality gems.
