Absolutely amazing wallets, used for Cannes film festival

I was really doing a lot of research on wallets and stumbled across Gentcreate and bought they Crocodile Embossed Leather Wallet. The packaging and experience was phenomenal and the customer service I recieved was top notch. Really happy with my choice and the quality of the product

First of all, it's real lizard leather. It may be banned in many countries but luckily in Serbia it isn't. Quality and design overall is fantastic, im very pleased and will deffinetly buy from here again!

This is a scam company. Exchanges are impossible, and writing to them is pointless. They're just lying to you, pretending they don't receive your emails. I'm excluding them from my shopping list and I advise everyone to avoid them.

I ordered a wallet from Gentcreate. Customer support was phenomenal, the shopping experience was fast, and I’m extremely happy with the product. The burgundy color on the lizard bifold wallet is 10/10.

J'ai commandé un sac pour ranger un appareil photo. Premier problème, le sac n'arrive pas. J'ai dû les contacter au bout de 10 jours pour apprendre que la livraison était bloquée ...
Deuxième problème : à la réception, le sac est vide sans aucun compartiment pour ranger les accessoires photos, ce qui était pourtant censé faire partie de l'achat, logique, il s'agit d'un sac photo.
A ce jour, aucune solution proposée. Ils ne m'ont pas recontacté depuis le signalement de l'incident. Très décue voire en colère devant le manque de professionalisme et la légereté avec laquelle ce site traite ses clients. Bref, ne comptez pas sur moi pour faire une remarque constructive comme gentiment demandé....

I have ordered online a canvas backpack from the gentcreate website. The quality of the backpack is not to my liking. I have contacted gentcreate three times now over several days asking for information on how to return the item. But my emails are ignored. I have written to three different email addresses listed on their website. No Answer - Nothing. They claim to accept returns. This seems to be not true. On the return policy on their website it only lists email addresses to contact, no other info. According to this experience I can only recommend to stay away from gentcreate.

I admittedly took a chance on the briefcase I ordered since no internal measurements were given, but internal pocket was much smaller than the overall bag size so my laptop wouldn't fit. If not for the "100% guaranteed satisfaction or full refund" on their website, I wouldn't have taken the chance on the first place. Trying to contact gentcreate.com customer service is ridiculously hard. The phone number listed on their website seems to be disconnected, and they usually didn't respond to my emails until I DM'd them via Instagram. After weeks of back-and- forth, they flatly refuse to accept a return for a refund due to the bag being "handmade". There's is nothing handmade on this thing. No monogramming or customization of any kind. Still has the tags and original packaging, which, by the way, is just a plastic bag. You can imagine what this thing looked like after the USPS was done with it. There's no reason at all they couldn't just accept this as a return for the sake of good customer service. The 100% guarantee is, apparently, meaningless. Overall, this is a sketchy company that's best avoided. There are plenty of other options.

I initially gave a poor feedback but on reflection I must say I am very impressed with the response, customer service communicated with me in a very professional way and was able to look into my concerns and addressed them 10 out of 10 for there effort in resolving my concerns highly recommended

This process was easy from start to finish. I ordered a beautiful croc embossed card holder. The process was easy, with multiple payment options. The wait was not long and my item arrived. It was packaged nicely and the presentation when opening the box itself, was luxurious.

I was especially glad to see when the card holder arrived it was as pictured. I have ordered a number of things that arrive and are not as pictured, this was spot on.

The quality was excellent and I am just very pleased with my item. :-)
