A customer service query was dealt with very quickly and efficiently by Sophie. A very positive outcome for me is much appreciated. What more can you ask for, a company that values its customers! PS the socks are lovely too!

I had a slight issue with one of the pairs of Gentle Grip socks, however it was reported to Gentle Grip & they resolved the problem straight away. By the way the socks are of very good quality.

A Customer Service lady called Gill Boulter was very quick to deal with a problem I had with some socks purchased for my husband. Her response was caring and kind, and an example of how customer service should be done.

Ordered and received within 2 days free delivery!!! Lovely soft socks for an autistic child.

Bamboo socks, look good, comfortable, low ankle compression and they don’t fall down BUT the material is thin and they wear very badly. Developed holes in toe soon after purchase, then heel and sole. Can get better quality for less at Matalan, George or M&S.

Gill Boulterprovided me with excellent customer service when I reported that one pair of socks in a pack of three was a smaller size then requested. After sending a photo I today received a replacement pack of socks. I am very impressed with Gills efficient, professional and prompt service. She should be commended.

These socks are junk holes on some of them when removing tag. Horrible grip on them aswell loose. They are made of rubbish material. Bought for autistic child not suitable at all, making money from rubbish from people with medical conditions ... they were purchased from gentlegrip.co.uk which shows David James on my PayPal so they are genuine...I don't want a refund thanks

Just tried socks so far had to throw 2 pairs out because they developed holes on first day of wearing obviously poor quality

My order was dispatched very quickly & a small problem was rectified very swiftly & professionally.
The socks themselves are very comfortable. I wouldn’t wear anything else. Thankyou for your service.

So.. the same socks I purchased a couple years ago are now 50% thinner like wearing tights and very uncomfortable. I'm sure this shop will not last long anymore the pennies they're saving on the materials won't add up to the customer loss I'm sure of it they've lost me as a customer unless they rectify this issue and make them as they were previously

I'm not after a refund as the order was ages ago I've only just tried these pairs on that I purchased ages ago as I was still using my old pairs. I'm disgusted by this company i believe we all would rather pay extra for a quality sock than have tbe quality decline so bad it's un wearable. Plenty of cheap socks online with a soft top this company used to be the Go to but now its trash.

I have just purchased compression socks from this company and unfortunately they were too tight! However really, really impressed by customer service! Was able to return
immediately and they enabled a Post Office label for that purpose. Hopefully my refund will be handled as efficiently. Will return to Trust Pilot to comment?

Purchased two pairs oedema extra-wide socks (UK size 12-14). Although I thought I was expecting knee-high socks (which they don't make), they arrived as half-crew. Nevertheless, they stayed up which was what I needed!

The socks are beautifully comfortable to the touch and to wear. However, although my feet are now size 12, the toes are extremely sensitive and I like to have some sock in front of them, instead of stretching across the toes. Sadly, these socks do just that which I find most uncomfortable. I found, for my feet, the socks could have been longer in the foot. The socks purchased were 12-14, so had I size 13 or 14 feet, I would have needed to shorten my toes! Sadly, I had to return them.
Excellent customer service, free returns (although socks not cheap), and order arrived quickly. Given the socks' very comfortable feel (apart from over my toes), I would rate them as being 4½ stars out of 5.

Amazing customer service.
One of the socks in my order had a small hole in the side which laddered when I went to put it on. I sent an email to Gentle Grip and received some replacement socks the very next day!
I still can’t work out how they managed to achieve such great customer service, I didn’t sent the email until the afternoon and received the replacements in less than 24 hours.

I bought a pair of Gentle Grip socks from a local shop. Unfortunately the stitching was faulty and my trotter couldn't fit inside. I e-mailed Gentle Socks and Gill responded advising that the socks should be returned to the local shop for replacement. I e-mailed my displeasure and Gill at Gentle Grip was fantastic! Sent replacement and restored my faith in Gentle Grip. I love these socks. They prevent my ankles swelling and are extremely comfortable. Great socks and Gill should get a pay rise for dealing with my stroppy complaint. ❤️

I’ve been buying these from both the Gentle Grip store and Amazon. They’re branded Gentle Grip on the sole in some of the pairs in the pack. The quality is poor. Wear them a few times and holes appear in the heels and wear on the sole too when the insole and leg and cuff are fine. I bought these a few years ago and never had this experience but the quality appears to have nose-dived. Waste of money.

Item arrived with one part obviously wrongly packed, they've already shipped a replacement plus a return label.
Brilliant service.

Socks were much too big, and I was surprised when I was advised, very quickly, that I could return them, and have a refund, even though I'd worn them for a couple of hours.
If only more companies had Customer Service like this!

I wrote a poor review about some socks I received. The company contacted me and apologised for the fact that I wasn't happy and offered to send me some different socks. They arrived very quickly. These are very good socks. They come right up to the knee and stay up. They are thicker and warmer than the previous socks. They were the IOMI below knee cushion foot socks. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Having used the company previously and very happy with the product I ordered new socks before Christmas. I needed to contact Gill at Customer Service as despite next day delivery Royal Mail had misplaced the package. Gill replied within the hour to advise a new parcel had been despatched for next day delivery today. It arrived this morning and I am very happy with it.
