If I could give negative stars it would negative 10. I paid the extra money for 1-3 day shipping. Haven’t seen a shipping number or anything for my product.. I understand the COVID crap, but don’t offer something you can’t guarantee.. it’s been 3 weeks since I ordered a pocket watch for my sons 19th B-day/ graduation gift.. and I have no idea where it is.. WORST PLACE TO BUY FROM ONLINE EVER!!! I will put a negative review everyday till I get my product.. Not sure if everyone notices that the response to the reviews, it’s just an automated response.

I ordered a shirt/lumber jacket from them.
It came on time and everything which was great. However the quality was extremly poor, real rip-off. But they wont let me return it. They keep on saying that the quality is good... I said that i don't care, i don't like it. They wont let me return it even though i have followed all procedures and time-slots for returns. DO NOT BUY!!!

I had ordered a sunglasses worth $30 on September 22nd. I still havenot recieved it yet on this day of October 23.
They DO NOT give a tiny rat's ass about numbers of emails. Forget the refund or updates. I am tracking the package and it says it is in Sanghai.
I would not recommend any purchases this website! I can provide with screenshots of the trasanctions if anyone is Interested.

I ordered an Acsot 10 weeks ago. I received the confirmation and that's it. No sign of the item I ordered and they won't respond to any type of communication. I chatted online with one of their associates who promised to get me answers right away. Still nothing. Be prepared to throw your money away with these folks. I'm disgusted with their business practices.

The only reason I gave it 1 star is because it would not allow me to write a review without choosing a star.
This company terrible, I ordered from them over 3 ago my money was deducted immediately and according to the website my order would ship within 3-5 days of confirmation, and reach me within 3-10 days after that. Well , it’s been over 3 weeks and it still says it’s in processing. I’ve reached out to them numerous times, to no avail. Always with the promise they would look further into the matter and get back with me within 2-3 days... There is no way to talk to someone, they say it isn’t possible... please help me spread the word, before they keep stealing from people who earn the money they spend.

Wish I would have read this before. I ordered sunglasses on May 8t still have not received them it is June 18th. Do NOT order from this company.

Do NOT purchase anything from this site. Read previous reviews!! My experience is that they take your money and you NEVER see the product! Scammers!! They claim it is “In route” or in perpetual shipping. Buy elsewhere!!! There are many trustworthy sites with quality customers service and good value.

I ordered something May 2nd, they still haven't gotten back to me. I am furious. I have sent several emails and complaints. The bot send to me that the message was sent, yet no one has gotten back to me. This website should be closed, feels like a scam....

I placed an order with them back in March. It was April when my order was confirmed and, as of early May, I have no idea where my order is or when I'll be receiving it.

I used their chat feature to ask why my order wasn't confirmed in mid-April when their website clearly said it would take 1-3 business days. The chat bot told me that my order was not confirmed yet and tried to shut down the chat after one minute.

NEVER ordering from this terrible excuse of a website again!

Update: As of June, my order STILL hasn't arrived.

Run, don't walk, away from this scam of a company! I ordered a watch a week ago, was told it would process in 1-3 days, and 7 days later all the bot chat will tell me is that is it "confirmed", despite numerous attempts to cancel the order since now it won't arrive in time for a birthday gift. I am disputing the charge through my bank as a fraudulent company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Complete BS. Of course you can speak to an actual person via phone, no..just chat. Still haven’t received my order and it’s still just sitting in “confirmed land” I WILL never recommend using them for anything. Too bad the pocket watches look good, probably will never see mine, oh and you also can’t cancel your order after 24hrs..so be weary or smart and just don’t buy from them at all.

After 12 days and two online chat inquiries, confirmed order still has not been fulfilled and no information is available with regard to fulfillment, tracking and delivery. Chat agent "Louise" states operation in Dearborn, MI; however, there is no physical business location, only a PO Box. No phone live agent to speak to either. Skeptical about whether or not business actually exists. Two emails sent to sales but neither has been responded to.
Use this retail outlet at your own peril..............................

Products come from.China so it takes about a month to arrive. I got a pocket watch and it came in a little plastic envelope with no protection in a ziplock bag. The watch arrived with discoloration spots, scratches andnwhat appears to be glue. Also the watch itself isnt functioning. Save your money.

My only source for dressing like a gentleman. Amazing prices with great selections. Delivery takes a week or two but totally worth it.

Great website. I use it for all my ties and wedding accessories. Lowest prices i've seen only and trust me i've googled a lot also faster than expected shipping too! I totally recommend them to all my family and friends.
