A fantastic experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent and I was informed of what was going to happen the whole way through. Even after my loan was issued I was supported. No question was too much trouble and despite some minor hiccups Cameron was always ready with a plan. Highly recommend. 👌🏻

I went to genuine finance a little sceptical as I saw them pop up on a social media advert. At first I was unsure if they could help me however they have been nothing short of fantastic.

Always on hand to take a call and answer questions and the app messaging service is very easy to use.

They had to come back to me a few times with different options however they got me over the line and I can now look forward to getting my finances in shape.

I would recommend highly.

I spoke to Josh a few times and he was equally helpful and professional. I cannot thank them enough and would highly recommend this company.

Cameron at Genuine Finance was absolutely brilliant! He explained every step of the way to me, any concerns or questions I had Cameron helped explain everything. I never felt under pressure, I was given plenty of time to read through everything and was very happy to complete with a mortgage under his guide.
I also spoke to another lady, who was extremely helpful.

Polite, understanding staff who understood our financial needs and who dealt with the lender on our behalf. All very easy to contact them through the Nivo app which is where you talk and send documents (as well as phone calls). Thanks to Josh and Cameron for looking after us!
