GESCO SOLAR Lebanon – Zero After-Sales Support & Disregard for Warranty
I am sharing my experience with GESCO SOLAR Lebanon to warn customers about their complete lack of professional after-sales service.
I invested in a high-end solar system consisting of a Livoltek inverter and a Dyness lithium battery. After a short period, the system failed and the battery disconnected entirely, leaving my home without power.
The Service Failures:
Total Refusal to Visit: Despite my willingness to pay additional service and transportation fees, GESCO SOLAR has repeatedly refused to send a technician to my location.
The "Too Busy" Excuse: Every time I request a site visit, I am told: "We are busy," "We have another installation," or "We don't have time to visit you." It is clear they have time to take money for new sales, but zero time to fix what they have already sold.
Passing the Buck: In response to my complaints, they attempted to shift the responsibility to the brand service centers. As an authorized installer, they are the primary point of contact for the customer. Expecting a client to troubleshoot complex, dangerous high-voltage equipment over the phone is negligent.
Warranty Concerns:
I am now extremely concerned about the 10-year warranty on my Dyness battery and livoltek inverter. If this company cannot spare an hour for a paid service call today, there is no reason to believe they will honor a decade-long commitment.
Verdict:
If you are looking for a reliable solar partner in Lebanon that values its customers after the invoice is paid, avoid GESCO SOLAR. They are purely sales-oriented and will leave you stranded the moment a technical issue arises.
