We tried the service for three months, and we will be more than glad to say bad or poor service, as this will imply there were some results. Let's say that 10 leads (3 a month) will be poor results, but after 5,554 contacts were sent, 325 connected contacts, and 38 answered no thanks—the rest didn't reply, and we didn't get one lead (in our case, arrange online calls). They didn't offer us „try our service until you get one online call“ or similar, but to be honest, I doubt that it will take a loooong time to get one online call. Don't throw your money on this service.

Excellent experience from the sales to the customer care team.
I started using the platform, managed to grow my network consistently and to increase my efficiency at booking meetings with leads.

Great service and product, but still some way to go
I have been using this platform for a couple of months. I enjoyed the features and the service was great. My account manager Lorese was excellent and always went the extra mile to guide me through the features and help me get the most out of the service.
I booked some good meetings through the platform, but I don't think the AI is fully there yet to rely on as sometimes the auto messaging can seem very AI written, so its best approve and edit the messages yourself.

I have seen an ad for this so went and had a look .I also did my due diligence and independently looked at reviews of this company. To start with when looking at the ad yes it seems great until looking at the reviews. So do your own due diligence checks before signing up .and I. Sorry to say the negative reviews have really put me off now and only 16 reviews in 5 years for something that was supposed to be revelationy in the world of ai and sales isn't good and most of those reviews really are not painting this company in a good light .

We signed with LinkedClient quite early on but still got a lot of use out of their platform. The support staff was always on top of things and tried to help us in any way that they could. We achieved mixed results with our actual campaigns, but that's more on us. The team added a lot of good features throughout our membership that I think improved the overall product.
The tool and product is a great way to automate outreach to specific markets, regions, and roles.
The only negative would be that LinkedIn, where the outreach is done, becomes almost unusable for other activities, as your inbox is flooded with outreach messages.

Be cautious with this scam company
Be cautious with this company. We tried to collaborate with them. After the initial call where the product was introduced, the sales representative, Nadia, tried to get our credit card registered immediately. There was no chance to look into the system (they charge 491 euros/month). The way she tried to obtain the card details was sometimes aggressive. After I excused myself, saying I needed to think it over, I was given a deadline of the next day at the latest. (I got a discount from 681 euros to 491 euros, supposedly a 24-hour discount for startups). During our consideration, we researched the market and found reviews on Trustpilot and their Facebook page. When we confronted the company with these references, we were told that they don't care about references and that we just have to trust them. I also asked for the terms of service, which are under a password on their website. Initially, I was told they would connect me with clients who use the service and send the terms to my email. After I said they didn't have my trust at the moment, but I would change my mind after being connected with customers and receiving the terms of service, Nadia suddenly changed her mind and decided to end the call and the potential collaboration. Her behavior was highly unprofessional and aggressive. Be careful with this company; they likely just want to get your money. Having only 7 reviews across the entire internet after 5 years in business is disturbing.

Fraud from LinkedClient
Hello everyone. I decided to subscribe to their service in February 2023. Sales manager (Nadia Raxhepi) lied about LinkedClient functionality, such as sending automatic mails from several email accounts. Everything got recored on video, and when I started asking about promised functionality, they just denied everything.
For the first two month, the website worked only 50% of the time, and the support wasn't bother either to reply on time nor to fix anything - complete waste of money! So I decided to unsubscribe - sent several requests to unsubscribe me - no reply from LinkedClient. And they kept on taking 395 EUR from my debit card. I then blocked the card and contacted Stripe (payment platform), which they use to stop their fraudulent activities - it was in July 2023.
Today (21.10.23) I've received an email from them claiming that I have a debt of 790 EUR, which must be paid immediately - otherwise I'll be having problems with debt collectors. They are not replying to mails with requests of their official information, nor picking up the phone to give clarifications. Now I'm going to the police.
Horrific company - never use them. And if you can - also try to stop them from fraud!

LinkedClient has been an amazing journey! The results take a little time but the support from their LinkedIn coaches has been great and you really need to commit to get results. See this automated social selling as a gymcard where they will give you the tools but you need to put the work.
I have gotten 7 new clients in 3 months.
