Get Amazon Appeal guys were very helpful and responsive while helping me open my 2 blocked seller accounts. They knew what they were doing and gave good advice. We had a small misunderstanding where I believed that the agreed fee was for both accounts while it was actually for only one of them. This is stated in their T&Cs which, naturally, a very few people read. However, since they didn't mention this in our email correspondance they were happy to give me a 20% discount for my next purchase of one of their packages.
I recommend you contact them if you need help with your seller account(s).

my FBM selling ability was blocked due to a complicated amazon error, and i was really struggling for month with no success,
