Hi Steven,

We’re sorry you feel this way, but your review leaves out important context.

You initially reached out months ago by physical letter—never email—to claim your first order was damaged. Despite the lack of any photo evidence or timely notice, we still sent you a large complimentary care package at no cost to make things right.

This current order is part of your active subscription, which you never canceled via your account or in writing before billing (as required by our Terms of Service). Your payment processed and your order was packed, labeled, and scanned into USPS custody the very same day. At that point, per our clearly stated policy (agreed to at checkout), orders are non-refundable and non-cancelable.

You’ve since sent over a dozen emails, threatened chargebacks, posted on unrelated social media channels, and are now repeating the same “damaged bottle” claim — again, without photos or evidence. Our team has replied multiple times, always respectfully and in good faith, asking for the required documentation so we can investigate properly. To date, none has been provided.

We take our customer relationships seriously and have gone far above and beyond our stated policies to accommodate you, but we cannot keep rewarding abusive or dishonest behavior.

Our terms are clear, and our integrity is important to us. If you’d like to resolve this respectfully by providing the requested documentation, our support team is still happy to help.

We’re genuinely disappointed to see this review, especially after we’ve been in communication with you for nearly 30 days and already canceled your subscription at your request.

Our Autoship program is clearly stated at checkout, and customers must actively check a box agreeing to the recurring billing terms before completing a purchase. Your order was processed and shipped before any cancellation request was made, and we were transparent throughout every step of the process.
