Real depth in good amount of time while making it low touch as possible!

Excellent service. The offering is comparable to executive level health screening with an additional benefit of having the complement of a panel of experts guiding you through your calibration. One to one guidance with proactive follow up helps ground you with the evidence based knowledge to formulate your action plan plus accountability to help encourage consistency. Following a period of calibration you’re given the opportunity to perform additional tests to further optimise your maximum performance.

I have loved working with Calibre so far. I’m really interested in finding out more about my body and how I can better myself everyday. The system is easy to work with and very competent people are in charge.

I've been really impressed with Calibre! As a 30 year old, I started using them to get a better insight into what I could be doing to optimise my health and I haven't been disappointed. I've discovered things that haven't been previously picked up through GP appointments/routine bloods and they're giving me the accountability to make the lifestyle changes I've been neglecting for a while! Their onboarding process was incredibly smooth and their whole interface has been exceptionally easy to use. I've been very impressed and have already recommended them to friends/family.

I would recommend anyone to give it a try. I am very satisfied with how much data they look at and how holistic the whole approach feels. Compared with other assessments and practitioners I’ve tried, they combine breadth and depth really well. The whole experience feels very supportive from the start.

Calibre helped me a lot to get my energy levels back.
Through the lab test, they showed me that my testosterone levels were too low. They explained to me that in this case my body would not be able to recover easily from my every day work as a physiotherapist.
They also helped me focus more on my sleep consistency, and suggested I increase my caloric intake. This was a big surprise, but I learned how my busy life led me to often not eat enough and that affected my hormones.
I have been doing these and a few other actions for more than a month now. I feel much more energised and I have more focus for my work and my family. Thank you to the Calibre team!

Great team focused on offering value to their users. I'm a GP myself and quite health-conscious, and I love that Calibre offers blood tests that are not part of classic NHS panels (e.g.: ApoA & ApoB, DHEA, etc.). Learned a lot about my own health.

I started with Calibre out of curiosity, and wanted a deep assessment and a better understanding of my body. I was genuinely impressed, and learnt so much about myself! The process was easy to use and intuitive, and the doctor's advice felt experienced and professional, always available when I had questions.

The assessment itself went deep, full blood work and health tracking, but they kept the day to day simple and easy to follow. Good follow up too, with a real plan to improve over time.
