They not only provide me with the service of Fraud Protection in a very minute detailed manner but also update me regularly and consistently with updated account information, reports and any questionable/doubtful charges on any account.

I’m new to Careful. So far I’ve come to appreciate the care the service provides. Today, for instance, I was alerted to an overlooked utility bill. It is reassuring having this much financial oversight.

Carefull offers an awesome experience, along with applicable alerts to keep me aware of what is happening with my information and what transactions are taking place with my bank account.

Rachel was a God send as was Michael! I'm leary of computers but having my credit card hacked a few times made me say ok time to do this. I received much help to set carefull up to my account,was explained every process in terms that I could understand, they reassured me every step of the way. They even helped me set up my identity protection and when my acct with Carefull was disconnected due to lost internet and wifi. Rachel explained every section of the reconnection process I had to do and was with me every step of the way. Rachel and Michael were courteous, helpful, positive and quite caring that I understood everything. I am a little electronically challenged and Rachel walked and explained each step reassuring me all the time. Great customer service with American customer service techs. No offense but hearing foreign voices makes me leery as to where my calls are going, especially if I can't understand what they are saying. Hurrah for Carefull and their staff!

When I found out about this app, I thought "What a great idea! Why hadn't I thought of that?" As a CFP®, Certified Financial Planner, I see on a daily basis how my elder clients and their busy adult children struggle with keeping track of all that goes on in their financial life. Once I began using it I truly found out what a blessing it is. It's alerts feature calls attention to suspicious transactions or reminds you of a bill that may be due based on past account history. Also, it saves me so much time by aggregating all my parents accounts in one app. No more logging into multiple websites DAILY and/or patiently waiting for monthly statements that may arrive weeks after there is trouble in an account. For anyone, and I know there are a lot of us out there, helping their parents manage their finances, this is a godsend.

I am very happy to have Careful be a ‘second set of eyes’ over my mom’s finances. As someone who is in the financial services industry, I have seen the damage to people’s finances and identity that can result from fraud and abuse. I feel better knowing that if something should arise, Careful will alert me and I can then help my mother take quick action.

I don’t know another app like it that I can use to help me take care of my aging parents financially. In addition to monitoring bank accounts and transactions at a level of granularity I don't get from my bank, there is a nice repository of guides and information about being a caretaker!

Favorite part is the tips and other educational content in the app. So much I don't know about this and appreciate being able to learn along the way.

Really glad I chanced upon this. Helped me catch a handful of subscriptions my parents didn't know they were still paying.

I've been helping my grandmother with her finances for a few years. Carefull has really been a time saver. I used to sift through credit card statements every few weeks and this app pretty much automated all of that work for me.
