Getcarrier.com Reviews

Good price and fast delivery

I recently shipped a rare-ish, mint-condition 20yo bike from the Space Coast to the Mountain West, including loose-packed OEM headers and exhaust, plus a box of other spare parts. Not a common route and for weeks, I was having difficulty finding a carrier (including encountering truly outlandish quotes). Kelly at GetCarrier was recommended to me by the local dealer. Carson at Power Motorcycles said they use her company for all their shipments. What a godsend. A quick, reasonable quote, found a driver within 2 days, and the driver himself was amazing in terms of attention to detail, communications, quality of work and rig (a brand new Sundowner triple-axle gooseneck enclosed trailer). Everything went smoothly and the bike was delivered ahead of schedule. Best experience yet, and I've moved two bikes, a Sprinter van and a handful of autos. A+++

They made it simple and easy to ship my cars, it was a pleasure working with them, Great company

Kelly is a pleasure to work with... very professional and gets the job done quickly. My second time working with her , highly recommend!

Kelly was great in helping get two cars moved for me. The carriers Kelly found were reliable and showed up on time. Kelly made sure to follow through at pick up and delivery.

After needing a way to ship a vehicle halfway across the country and even after reading the horror stories of different companies, I was able to place my trust in this company. They did the work, communication was outstanding, and once the transportation was booked, the vehicle was almost immediately picked up and I had it just over a day later in perfect condition. I fully recommend this company.

Kelly made it happen!! Super fast, great communication, 5 Star!
Guys showed up on time, provided updates along the way.
Can't say enough about the service!! Thank You!

This company was recommended by a reputable car dealer who transports any number of vehicles. So, I was confident in contacting them. However, I was more than pleased with the entire experience. They went out of their way to accommodate our special need of a very tight schedule. The price was very reasonable and fair and the transporter was prompt and accommodating. I would highly recommend this company!

Great service, found a very reasonable option despite market. Delivered in great condition .

I recently purchased a Vintage Yamaha and a Vintage Motorcycle Race/Ride was coming up and I explained that I realize time is tight but is there anyway you can get this to me on time for the race. Keep in mind that this was a pickup in Houston Tx and Delivery in NY. Kelly worked hard to find a trusted carrier and it was picked up and delivered in 4 days. In enough time for me to work on the bike and get it ready for the Race. I could not be happier nor more appreciative for Kelly and the Carriers hard work. Thank you Kelly !

Kelly is fantastic. When delivery was going to be late she made sure it was on time as I have a strict work schedule and had to make it work. Went above and beyond!

Very professional and efficient service, with an very kind and helpful staff. I transported a motorcycle from Florida to California, and they exceeded my expectations.
100% recommended.
Special thanks to Kelly!

A great service we've used to transport our car across the country multiple times. Always helpful and responsive, Kelly found us an affordable and timely option and helped coordinate with the carrier for pickup and drop-off. We'll definitely be using in the future if we ever need a service like that again.

Kelly at Get Carrier is THE BEST! We use them for our preferred carrier for our customers, and recently, I used them for personal. They get it done right EVERY TIME and at the best rate. Look no further. This is the company to use for transport.

Getcarrier was great to work with. They were conscientious and trustworthy. I was kept up to date during the whole process from both my driver and admin team. My car was in perfect condition on arrival. I would definitely use them again.

Kelly P. set up the vehicle transfer from CA to AZ for the very next day. She was professional, efficient & helpful. The transfer was perfect with absolutely no isssues. 🤩

Easy simple process!!!

Great communication setting up the transportation of my motorcycle. Once the carrier had been established, they were great at communicating the arrival time. The bike was well taken care of and arrived in perfect shape. The carrier unloaded the bike and was very polite and helpful. I had some delays with the dealer getting the bike ready and that pushed me up against a deadline where I would be leaving town. Kelly was very attentive with her communications and made it all happen efficiently. I would use this company again and would recommend them to anyone else.

Kelly was awesome with her knowledge of how to get a good, dependable transporter who also delivered our UTV ahead of schedule! What a great experience from everyone involved!
