I bought a cheat + spoofer bundle from GetCheats.io — a bundle their own support recommended. The spoofer didn't work and caused constant system crashes (BSOD), making the product unusable.
Their support told me to fully reinstall my Windows OS, then promised compensation for the lost subscription time and asked me to hand over my license key. I did. After that, they refused the refund/replacement and the owner stopped responding. Essentially, they took the key and disappeared.
I escalated to an official arbitration dispute on a major community marketplace. After reviewing the evidence, the arbiter ruled in my favor and ordered the store to refund my balance and compensate the subscription time. Instead of complying, the owner refused the ruling, invented new conditions that were never part of the decision, became hostile, and then deliberately banned my account on their website — which made receiving the ordered refund physically impossible.
A note on their high rating: they are currently running a giveaway in their official Telegram channel where a condition to win money is to leave a positive Trustpilot review in English "without mentioning cheats." Keep that in mind when reading their 5-star reviews.
Bottom line: even after winning an official dispute, I got no refund, no working product, and got banned for asking them to honor the decision. Avoid.

The staff behind this website are very attentive and quick to respond it seems like they never sleep. They genuinely try to help you with whatever you ask for even if the question is seemingly dumb. Products are great as well but the staff response is standout.

I will write about my full experience, and you judge for yourself.
I have a hardware ban in Valorant and I contacted support. They told me to buy a specific product, but said I had to perform a RAID 0. I didn't know what that was—I thought it was just formatting or deleting something—so I bought the product. Afterward, I told them I didn't know how to follow the RAID 0 steps. They asked how many hard drives I had, and I said one. They replied that it wouldn't work for me and that I needed more than one. (Instead of telling me I needed more than one hard drive from the very beginning, they waited until after I paid).
They then said, "Okay, we will refund your money." And guess where they returned it? To my account on their website. Since buying a product from them requires depositing money into the site balance first, they essentially just moved the credits back there. Now they have stopped responding to my messages, and support is silent.
Now, what did I gain from this? I want to understand. I didn't get the ban removed, and I didn't get my actual money back. What kind of scam is this???
Also, I have simple information on them; as I first approached them, they told me to write a good review on this platform in exchange for a discount. I’m not saying all the reviews are fake, but that’s what they told me, and I have the proof.

Awful and just reselling
Support are useless to say the least. You'll buy a key and could be waiting weeks to actually recieve it due to "stock issues" they claim their cheats are undetected but my friend literally got flagged the second he loaded up with a certain cheat, so i tried to just cancel my order for that specifc cheat to get a different one instead. They told me i could get a refund back to my account balance so i continued with buying the other one i wanted knowing theother was voided. Only to be told the next day they are no longer going to give me a refund and then blocked me from being able to speak to support on my account.

I have spent well over 200$ with this company and if im being treat like this, imagine how they treat first time customers.

Stay clear of the site, there's plenty of alternatives out there. Also, every single cheat they sell is cheaper on the site of the actual developers. These guys are just resellers not makers. Do not use this site.

I hope they delete my account after this.
