Honestly, ChipBot is pretty awesome. Super easy to use, like you don’t need to be super technical to get things up and running. I was able to build and launch a chatbot way faster than I expected.

Great product, one of a kind really. Yes there are other video chatbots, but none with the speed and collection of video options so nicely categorized. The simplicy of the backend is very well thought of, there is no frustration when building, I have tested it and went back and forth with other software, but CB makes better sense every time, and the dev team works with you to get it done.

I’ve added ChipBot to my site. It’s one of the most impactful tools I’ve added to my site. The video bubble feature is a huge attention-grabber—it’s helped me connect with visitors in a more personal way and increased engagement almost immediately.

Setup was incredibly easy , and the help desk is great at answering common questions without me needing to step in. I also really like how everything—chat, video, support—is combined into one clean interface. It’s made my website feel more polished and responsive.

ChipBot is a great chatbot and help desk. When you add in all the help pages and have the AI model working on top of it, it works a treat!.

As a not-for-profit, we’re only using ChipBot’s Help Desk (not Chat or Video). We rely on volunteers for handling FAQs so the system needs to be liked. ChipBot gets 5 stars from us. We’re pleased with how easy it was to set up the content, test the system, and put on our site, and how helpful the ChipBot team are with queries. The UI is easy and mostly intuitive, the search is good, and the analytics are useful. For us, the number of queries being fed through has dropped a lot, which is a result.

Chipbot has been awesome! Not only is it easy to use, but the customer service is tremendous. I had an issue and they went as far as getting on a zoom call with me to help me solve it. They always reply very promptly and are so helpful. I love having Chipbot on my website, I really feel like it helps my clients know and trust me a little bit more and helps them take the leap to inquire. Highly reocommend it!

I think Chipbot is a game changer for many businesses that want to maintain engagement on their website. The thing is you don't know you need it until you have it. The chatbot is unique and unlike the others but also quite easy to setup once you get started. The support is first class. Keep up the good works and I'm looking forward to it evolving in features as I can only imagine.

As a white-label, I often have questions so that I can deliver results for my clients. The support is quick and complete. They are very patient. I even have had conversions with the founder on strategy and deployment. I highly recommend.

ChipBot definitely gets 5 stars just for the innovation alone! But aside from that, it's easy to use, easy to set up and even has pre-made video clips if you don't want to make one yourself. I also found the process of creation to be well put together so I am not fumbling around with awkward uploads and other issues.
