My interaction with the NP was extremely positive and comforting

Ease of use and great service.

Doctor said he couldn’t prescribe contrave because it would counteract with other medications I take. He said I would receive a refund. Shortly later I received and email saying it was approved and would receive shipping info. Something not right with this

The company has good customer service, easy questionnaire and prompt service. The few contacts I had were streamlined and succinct, this made for seamless communication. The questionnaire was straight forward and easy to understand which made applying easier than I expected as well as sufficient for my needs. Gave me a sense of confidence since I did fit their criteria. The evaluations of my records and personal medical history were reviewed promptly and efficiently, and I was sent an email along the way so I was kept informed with each step that was taken. Finally I was approved and the prescription even arrived sooner than I had anticipated. Thanks to you all I have begun finally to be able to shed some pounds with some exercise and my usual veggie and green filled diet since I dont enjoy meats.

I wish the doctor would have given me more time. I had questions although I understand she may have been inundated with calls. I also had question about subscription to contrave and questions regarding pricing for medication
