Since I haven't received the Contrave yet itis difficult to rate you but my preliminary experience was good in that it was quick with no hassles.

It's been days since I ordered these meds. It said allow 24-48 hours for review. I ordered on the 28th of August and as of September 2nd, it's still sitting in pending and I've already been charged the full amount. This is also with me reaching out twice. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

The doctor did not take his time. Just 2 questions: Do you have high blood pressure and do you have heart problems? He was 1 min with me on the phone. I ask him since I took Wellbutrin couple years ago and it did not help me loose weight if Contrave would work for me? He said very short "I don't know".
We got disconnected so he called me back on his phone. I told him that he was all of the sudden gone and he answered No you were all the sudden gone. 🤔

The questions asked could of been done online

No support center or customer service. No way to speak with provider.

I really liked the Nurse Practitioner that I spoke with.
We talked about the life changes that go along with taking Contrave and what some examples could be put into play even if it's 105 outside.

I enjoyed speaking with the NP, she was thorough with explaining the medication and listened to my questions and concerns.

Process was simple, information clear, and adfordability

My consult was with NP. Kathy Agiri. She was great. She really took the time to address my individual needs and made some recommendations. I appreciated her input. I am looking forward to starting this medication with my continued weight loss journey.

The communication from my nurse practitioner was outstanding. He informed me step by step of the order status and followed up to confirm that my primary care physician was aware of the changes in my medication to ensure my health and safety.

I was nervous about doing something like this, but it was so fast and easy! My doctor tried to get my insurance to approve a different medicine almost 2 months ago. Said if that didn’t work, call the office and we could do Contrave. Big surprise, insurance denied the other medicine, so I tried to get this prescription, like the doctor said. Two months of my office not returning calls, etc, I decided to just go online to Contrave myself. So glad I did. Got approved within minutes. It’s been a few hours and I already have a tracking number for it. Thank you.

I didn’t realize I had made two accounts. Called and received help in making sure which account I needed to use. Placed order and approved the next day

I loved the ease of the process. I used to get Contrave through my doctor who required me to go see him every month to receive my refill and had to deal with the pharmacy who made me call to get my order. Get Contrave just had me fill out a health questionnaire and submit my payment. I choice the 3 month option and it’s going to be sent to me. I love telehealth and that I can get the actual brand name medication so easily. Prior to this, I lost 70lbs on Contrave. It’s good stuff!
