My project manager Carin was so sweet, very willing to flow with all my requests no matter how ridiculous they felt to me. I purchased a 2 concept package and when I tell you they caught my vibe right away, I mean it. A little bit of a language barrier (as I understand it they're based in Europe while I'm in USA). Would work with them again.

What I like about the service Getcovers offers is their readiness to fix any issues. Their goal is to make sure the customer is happy. You need to be patient while the book cover design is being finished. Communication was a little unclear, so be sure to clearly explain how you want your cover to look.
