Fantastic service!
I really feel I have found a replacement for my beloved BYO which I used before I moved house.
The products are excellent. Such a fantastic system.
Well worth giving a try….. you won’t look back!!

Excellent customer service, I received an email response back within a few hours & my issue was sorted straight away (I needed a new returns label). Super fast delivery & returns. All plastic free products fairly priced. A good range of products, which I hope will grow.

I order about every 6 weeks. The items are good quality, well packed and delivered on time. The delivery/collection system is excellent. Like many I am finding household shopping more expensive by the minute! Whilst Good Club aren't the cheapest, I love their ethos and will use them as long as possible - thank you GC!

Great service, and wide range of products. Delivery was quick, and love being able to return all the pots for the zero waste products.

It's quick and easy to set up and place an order. Orders are normally delivered within a couple of days. Collection is a little fast, usually next day which I suppose is fine if you've got spare containers to transfer everything to.

Found this company online, love the idea of less plastic etc. Great range of products - hope there will be more in the future. Not had any problems with delivery or crate being collected.

Love the idea of good club and its purpose however the service isn't 5 star and the company aren’t transparent. I didn’t realise there was a subscription fee and after speaking to friends who also get regular orders they did jot realise either. Despite how regularly you order there is a monthly fee coming out of your bank account. Not at all transparent and a bit sneaky.
On 3 occasions we have received deliveries covered in peanut butter where the tubs have burst. Not at all nice to clean up!
Each time we have contacted the support team, they have reacted quickly and refunded the items which is great but that is a basic level of service. It seems their focus is on obtaining new customers and not on retaining current ones. For example I receive regular emails encouraging me to get my friends and family to order and save £10 but there is no compensation for cleaning peanut butter off of your products (more than once)
Great focus on the environment and love the concept but not people/ service focussed.

So pleased to be reducing plastics.
Bit pricey for some things but great service.

Excellent service, high quality goods, and reasonably competitive pricing: what more could we want when looking for an easy way to go 'zero waste'?
I particularly appreciate the convenience offered by the next-day collection of empties - this makes it so much easier to incorporate zero waste living into a busy life.

I love good club. It is the easiest way to become zero waste. No excuses! They deliver to your door and take away empty tubs in the morning. I am so happy we found good club, it has helped us become better environmentally friendly consumers.
