I had a bit confused experience about collecting empty box as the last part of your delivery service last time. It was finally collected after several failed though, it's just a wasting time for unnecessary effort between us.

And one more thing I want to tell you that I always wonder why I must order more than £40 each time a month! If I had a big family, of course I will order over £40 easily but I live alone as a healthy food lover, following 'Micro biotic method'. So I love your organic food and home/health stuffs but I don't eat tons of brown rice each month you know! Even if I have to pay extra bit for delivery I still want to buy good food from you. Why can't you set up two kinds of maximum order - one is over £40 for free delivery and another one for £30 plus with half delivery fee. Other wise I have to continue buying too many things I don't need or must stop using Good Club and will find another club.
I think it's not only my request but
many people like me who has no big family might be thinking the same... What do you think?

Great service, fast delivery, good quality products. Really easy system, empty goods into storage jars, pop empties back in delivery box, put delivery box outside for next day collection. Would highly recommend!

Lovely Company and so easy to use. You send your order. They fill and pack into reusable containers. It’s delivered by courier. You unpack and refill your containers at home. Send the Good Club containers back with all the packaging via a courier the next day. All deliveries and collections arranged by Good Club. Simples! Fill, eat, repeat!

Order took a while to come (in fairness they emailed me to say it would be delayed) once the order came mu fabric conditioner had leaked all in the box as they put it laying down.
