I have always had a great experience when I go into ezmoney. The ladies that work there are helpful and kind. I won’t go anywhere else. I hope everyone is doing well during this time. :)

EZ Money has ALWAYS been there when I have needed them. In this concerning time I was worried about making my loan payment and being able to get a future loan if the store should close due to COVID-19. I called and staff worked with me on how to best make my payment and also reassured me that as a financial institution they would continue to remain open if I were to need them in the coming months. That eased my mind a great deal and I appreciate SO MUCH the dedication of staff to remain open and work with the public. Without them I don’t know what I would have done to pay my bills. A HUGE thank you for all that you do!!

This lending group has been critical to our company’s growth. Usually very friendly and personalized. Differing policies between Omaha and Council Bluffs is occasionally problematic. Great regional manager, BRAD.

I had loaned with them for maybe a year, close to that and have always paid on time or called the ames location to have them deposit my check. When the coronavirus pandemic happened the store changed their hours but never attempted to call their customers to inform them. I withdrew my loan amount to pay the check back and drove to the store only to find out they were closed. I called Monday to ask if I could come in to pay and they had already deposit my money that in 10 days I could reloan. Im a freaking health care worker. I recently have had barely time to rest or eat. They didn't give ms a call the end of the day prior or time on Monday to pay it and cause me to go almost 400$ under. No offer to pay insufficient funds fee nothing! I will not be going back.
