This scale is accurate
This scale is accurate, however I am having a hard time keeping it working. If I do not use it for a few weeks, it will need a battery change before it will work.

Literally the worst customer service
Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We received our scale MONTHS ago and it never even turned on. Been trying to get a replacement or refund ever since and it takes weeks for even a response.

Poor quality customer service
My first scale was delivered super fast and I loved it for as long as I got to use it. Turns out the scale is even more sensitive than the instructions lead on as I cleaned it as it said to and my scale still broke. My second one I ordered over a month ago and still haven’t received it. Shipping delays said 30 days but it’s been much longer and I haven’t received any update on when it might ship. Horrible customer service

My FitTrack stopped working after the…
My FitTrack stopped working after the 2nd week. I changed the batteries and it still would not turn back on. I contacted customer service to see if I could exchange it for another or get a full refund and I never received a response. Quite disappointed with my experience.

Not accurate at all!
Not accurate at all… fluctuates anywhere from 3-6 lbs each day. I have two other scales but thought this one would be a good scale to track progress since it connects to my phone. The other two scales (one is manual and the other is digital) correlate on the weigh in but this scale is always off. Very disappointed. Haven’t used it in an entire month. Now it just sits there and collects dust.
