I've had exceptional service from them so far, I love the platform, we use it for our Upholstery company. Pricing is very reasonable and they continue to add new features, many of which were ones customers suggested. So they really care about their users. Great company

I left and old estimate software and ever since I did I am blown away with what Jobber can do.
I should of but the bullet years ago. The staff always fixes and helps resolves issues. The app is already streamlining my business. And now my business looks more professional with my estimates, invoicing, and payments.

Brandon was quick on responding to a couple issues I was having. One is already resolved and hopeful that the other issue will be resolved as well.

As a general contractor it takes some working around the system to make it really work well for me but I am hopeful that some small changes will be made to make it really effective for me.

Jobber support quickly resolved my issue. I was having difficulty sending out quotes to clients but they addressed the safety issue that was blocking my ability to send out quotes. My issue was solved in less than 5 minutes.

Jobber’s platform allowed a contractor to charge my stored credit card without my consent. The only option I agreed to was “keep this card on file,” which clearly means storage, not authorization for future charges. When I raised this, Jobber refused to address the privacy issue, insisting it was just a “billing dispute” between me and the contractor.

In my view, Jobber's platform and/or applicable terms contain serious gaps that fail to protect end users, and this particular issue represents a serious failure of privacy practices. Jobber’s system design permitted unauthorized use of my personal payment information, contrary to their own stated terms and applicable privacy laws.

I have filed a formal complaint with the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner in connection with this issue.

Consumers should be very cautious about storing their card information on this platform.

We are customers for nearly a year now and we are Generally Very happy with Jobber. But, more specifically, we are Very happy with the support and technical assistance that Jobber has provided several times over the course of this year.

Your team is professional educational and always willing to assist on the spot. Whereas, we depend on Jobber for many aspects of the business it always seems to come down to the money as most important in todays world. So it really matters when Jobber is available to assist us immediately but, it is really appreciated when the matter of business that Jobber is assisting us with is related to the money aspect of services provided and we are not put off, called back later or forced to wait for any reason. Jobber is ready to assist us from the minute they answer the call and for as long as it takes until we are satisfied that the problem has been resolved.

So many companies today drop off their effort after point of sale has been wrapped up and their technical support functions like an after thought.

It's refreshing to know with confidence that when we have an issue of any kind (money or other) that Jobber has a well prepared team and enough people employed on their team to always give immediate competent assistance in resolving any issue that we have encountered.

Lastly, I'd like to say that we are Not a Big client for them we employ about 10 people and our office has only 3 employees with access to Jobber. So i would guess relatively small compared to the access plans they provide for many Bigger companies. To me, that makes a Huge difference in doing business with them. The fact that we are treated with the same urgency, the same priority and we get the same assistance as any of their much bigger customers.

I think Jobber is one of the best apps we've ever used for our business. It's clean and easy to use. Support is always friendly and very helpful. Our customers love it.

I have been using Jobber since 2014. The software has been very useful for scheduling jobs and keeping track of jobs and billing. I also enjoy using them as my credit card processing company. It definitely saves time and helps with cash flow as well.

Jobber is constantly evolving which can be a little frustrating. You get used to doing things one way and then you need to relearn. It is like your phone update. Sometimes you just wish what works would stay the same.

Overall I am happy with the software and the support.

I've had a great experience with Jobber. There are some things that could help with the app's ease of use but overall a great product. Customer support is very helpful especially Brendon, who I got on the phone.

We have been using Jobber for over 5 years now and must say the growth and all the little things that are withing jobber is just perfect for any service based business (I'm not sure for other industries as im not in them) but for our commercial cleaning company based out of Aus its absolutely perfect and we Highley recommend it.
