Después de mucho mirar y comparar diferentes webs porque me iba de vacaciones a Japón durante Septiembre, acabé comprando aquí el Jr pass de tres semanas porque tenían buenas reseñas en Trustpilot y solo puedo decir que ha sido perfecto: la compra fue rápida y en dos días tenía ya el pass en casa, en la oficina de JR del aeropuerto de Kansai enseñé el formulario que tenía y en menos de diez minutos tenía el pase en mis manos, no he tenido ningún fallo o error o problema durante mi viaje y solo puedo decir que ha sido de 10.

Además, tuve una duda después de comprarlo, les envié un mail, y Jonathan me respondió en menos de cinco minutos, super amable y atento.

Recomiendo esta web al 100% y volveré a confiar en ellos para mi próximo viaje a Japón.

I ordered a JR pass exchange voucher from this company on 9 February 2023. They shipped it on the same day and I got it delivered straight to my home address to Lithuania on Monday, 13 February 2023. Super fast service! It was packed in a red box and nice red envelope and with a small souvenir. They also replied to my inquiries on the same day. Really happy that I chose them as it seems it is quite difficult to find a reliable foreign vendor on the Internet who issues these vouchers.
Update: went to Tokyo on 27 March and had no problems exchanging the voucher. It really saved me a lot of money on transportation, let alone my trip to Kyoto and back to Tokyo on Hikari shinkansen. I had a wonderful journey!
