your product seems very well made and is a good value, however I dont find that the results are any better than all the other tens units on the market

I have terrible Sciatica. Neuro MD feels good and when following it with the recommended exercises I do get some relief.

I have both the foot and back NeuroMD treatments and I have found that the foot pad device needs to be charged about every third use versus the back device that gets many more uses before charging is needed.

I purchased a NeuroMD Corrective Therapy device recently. The supplied electrodes worked very well and adhered nicely for about 4 weeks. I thought I'd try to save a bit of money and purchased a similar electrode assortment from another seller only to find that they worked very well initially but stopped adhering after a week or two. So, NeuroMD offered a discount code for a Labor Day sale and I decided to get more of the original electrode pads. After I completed my order (over the holiday weekend) I noticed the discount code had not been applied and I didn't see any information on cancelling an order so I emailed their support and explained what happened. I followed up with a phone call to them on Tuesday morning and the representative resolved my problem and refunded the amount of the missing discount on my credit card immediately. I believe this to be exceptional customer service and am pleased with the outcome.

I misplaced my remote and AI brought me in touch with an agent and they make it so simple by sending you an invoice link to purchase and ship it out to you! Only took less than 3 minutes and they will ship my remote so I can continue using my neurons therapy treatment! Great service!! Highly recommend

I exchanged emails with 2 reps. "Winston" indicated a replacement charger was not available, as a stand alone product. I admitted user error and willing to purchase. Fortunately, I had purchased 2 already!(myself and husband)and was using his charger. "Eve" was the next rep and she got it done!!! It just arrived. I don't have to use it everyday but it is a game changer for relief!

I have been using neuronmd for over a year, I use it twice a day for my low back pain and sometimes upper neck. I strongly recommend, no medications needed.
I travel with it as well .

It was a holiday weekend and my back was killing me because of the flood in my basement. I was having a problem with my device and I thought no one would answer me because it was the holiday weekend. They answered me the next day and solved my problem with the device. My back sure appreciates all your help. Thank-you 100 times over for your help!

The neuromed back pain system has eliminated the ache when I hike, walk and stand. So I ordered the full body kit and one of the pads arrived damaged. Not only did neuromed replace that pad, they sent 3 additional pads with the replacement pad. Great product and great customer service.

I have been using the NeuroMD device for over 3 years. I was having extreme back pain, especially at night. My back would go into spasms every time I tried to lay down to sleep. Doctors weren't much help. I decided to try the NeuroMD device before going to bed, and it helped. I was already using a red light therapy belt to relax the back muscles, and applying the NeuroMD pad after red light therapy got me over the extreme back issues I was having. Now I have a nightly ritual that I do. One hour before bed, I put on my red light therapy belt for 30 minutes followed by 25 minutes of NeuroMD.

The product has functioned as directed. It seems to be decreasing my pain level slightly and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes over the next 9 weeks.

I have been using the Neuro Md for several weeks and I really feel it has decreased my lower back pain. I like that the device shuts off automatically after 25 minutes and I only had to re-charge it once so far. No wires needed like a Tens device.

The response was quick and I was given a link to the return process that was very efficient. The return package was in the mail within one hour.

Responded to my questions in a timely manner. Their product works great . Unfortunately I missed placed the controller for mine and have to order a new one.
Money well spent.

The unit works excellent. I need more pads for a full body spinal therapy. Stimulation sequence up and down the spine area have fractured disc that need gentle vibration for sleep muscle relief. Set me up with some more pads. I’m on Medicaid help.

Rex is very efficient, answers my emails very quickly and and overall nice person. The NeuroMD solved my husband back pain from using it a few months but now he has leg pains.

RESULTS!!! Better results and more quickly than any other method in my 30+ years of lower back pain. In less than 8 weeks my discomforts have vanished and my posture is greatly improved. So is my attitude!!
