This company is not legit. Customer service is non-existent, products are made & shipped from China, item only works while plugged in, and arrived damaged/beat up in flimsy packaging (there's no brand name on it, just a generic product name on the box). There's no legit licensed business name in the instructions manual. Customer service via email was unresponsive. I sent over 5 emails to them and reached out on their "contact us" page to no avail. I also contacted them via phone I found online to no avail. The item took 3 months to arrive, and I was not provided a tracking number. After the item arrived, I searched the tracking information online and tracked it back to the original carrier in China. Then I filed a dispute with my bank (gave them the tracking information, photos of the product, phone numbers & email addresses) & they settled this dispute and provided me a refund.

Take heed when purchasing anything from this company, and read genuine reviews on sites like Trust Pilot. Do not trust information directly from their social media channels or their website, as these can be mock-ups.

I ordered the olivi and after 3 weeks tracking #s were not available. I finally received a beat up package from China. Opened it up, read the poorly written directions and was ready to try it.. i plugges it in and mashed the power button and nothing.. nothing... It never even turned on.. not even a single spark.. i reached out to the website, 6 emails and zero response.. left my number numerous times on the phone number on the website.. no response.. total scam and total piece of crap.. $100 piece of dudu..

Olivi is a scam! First the company never sent shipping info until I requested it weeks after product order was placed. When I received it a month later, I wasn’t even sure it was from this company, Olivi. It was a cheap product from China that had directions written in broken English, clearly not made or designed in the US. There was no olivi branding anywhere. When I started using the product it started randomly shutting off just a month post-purchase! I wrote to them and showed them a video of it malfunctioning and asked for a refund. They refused to offer that and said we’ll send you a new one. Well, I never got it, or even a tracking number from them. When I emailed on the status they said, oh it’s delivered, we’re not liable! This whole experience is mind blowing and totally not professional or the way a real business does business. The icing on the cake? They’re not an accredited business so you can’t file a complaint. Steer clear of this Olivi company and save your time and money for reputable, functions like products and legitimate business ethics and standards.
