I got tricked into using the service via a free 5 day trial. They kept writing so, after checking with Trustpilot which seemed fine at the time, I bought the stardom package. They claim everything is 100 % bot free which is obviously not true as I got fined 45 EUR by Spotify for artificial streaming! I don't even know if there will be another fine later on or if, even worse, I get banned. I never used another promo service so it must be this one. I sent an email to their support and informed them about the fine. So far, no one replied.

I ordered a playlisting package from GetPlaylisted over 15 days ago and have not received any feedback, updates, or results. I’ve followed up multiple times via email, but their support team is completely unresponsive.

This lack of professionalism shows they are either unable or unwilling to deliver what they promise. If a service cannot provide basic communication, transparency, or updates, how can anyone trust them with their music promotion?

I strongly advise artists and labels to stay away from GetPlaylisted. There are far better, trustworthy services out there that actually value their customers and deliver results.

I used to be a partner of them and I was sending many songs per month, but from 6 months to now EVERY song were took down cause of Bots, and they stopped replying to emails.

I was tricked into using getplaylisted.com after receiving a "complimentary" 5-day trial from what turned out to be fake accounts on Instagram. After the trial, they push you to buy one of their fancy, expensive packages promising playlist placements and exposure.

Once I paid, they simply disappeared.

No campaign started, even after waiting 3+ days (while their website promises immediate launch).

Customer support is non-existent – they don't reply to emails or messages.

I asked for a refund, but they ignored me completely.

In short, this service is a scam. I wasted my money and time. Very disappointed and strongly recommend avoiding this site.

WARNING - I've now had two songs removed from Spotify using these. I thoughty they were legit but clearly not and Spotify are getting tough.

Over €70 paid for these services only to have my music removed. Creatures of the Night and Stars In The Sky are the tracks.

I can honestly say that frankly, this was the last hope for me. My music didn't take off and it was hard to reach anyone on my own. The fee I paid to this agency was quite small and they have proven themselves over and over again... Now my manager gets new offers almost on a daily basis.

What I like the most is how good playlist they found for me. It's not just any playlist but rather targeted for the people who are listening similar music like I produce and this is super important!

I was almost invisible a couple of months back. No playlist had my songs listed. Today, more and more people are interested in my music and it all changed when I contacted this company... the fees are reasonable by all means and you get exactly what you pay for.

It for sure gave a push in my career. Simple yet so effective way to increase your popularity. I am very happy!

I exhausted all possible opportunities and outcomes when I tried to do my own pitching and I was at the end of that road... the only thing that was left for me was to hire some professional agency that has done this countless times before so I landed on these guys... and they did a terrific job! It only takes a couple of big playlists and you will make it. From that point on your songs get picked up by others automatically, which is exactly what happened to me.

I can admit that this has helped to push my career a bit but I still wouldn't give it a 5 star rating as it has just been a month and I need to see where this goes... so far so good.

To whomever they pitched us, it worked. Right now 4 relatively huge playlists have published us for 2 different songs and that's more that just great.

They have helped me more than anything else I've tried. Everything was inefficient before I cam here so a big vouch from me!

Most of the playlist they got me in are either related or at least semi-related to my niche and style of music so we can say that this was a successful campaign.

The results are great. They could always be better but I am happy with what I got and I know that they but a lot of work in to make this happen.

It was very important to me that this gets done as naturally as possible and they did. I am happy.

Popularity is the key for your success and it's the same on Spotify. If you don't get your songs published in good playlists then you have no chance getting noticed. This service helped me a lot, I see organic growth to all my socials now.
