Directed to them by racing post advert. Offer of free bets when opening account and depositing and placing bets.
Then contacted to say no free bets will be given however you are welcome to deposit and place bets.
False advertising, and i have contacted racing post who i presently subscribe to for an explanation.

Total trash, promised a sign up bonus then when I'd joined and placed qualifying bet, sent email saying I wasn't allowed the bonus promised with zero explanation.......avoid there's plenty of more bookies out there don't waste your time with this lot

Stupidly didnt check the reviews before hand but see same issue as everyone else. Placed bet didnt recive email till after saying not elligble for bonus for reasons unknown as thats what they advertise. Have withdrawn the rest of my deposit and closing account horrific site.

New customer, SBK grabbed my attention with the bet £5 get £30 in bonus sports welcome offer.
Deposited and wagered as per terms and conditions.
Shock no bonus.
Support very unhelpful apparently on sign up they sent a email advising not eligible (which I’ve not received) but bonus still shows as active on account.
Click bait offering a great welcome bonus, get you signed up and then no bonus.
I’ve complained to support will add outcome if /when they respond further.

I have been placing bets with this company for a few months, horse racing and soccer bet builder and soccer acca bets, wasnt very lucky all of them lost...

Then i had one of my bet builder bets come in or at least i thought it had, it was a team to win with certain players to have shots on target in the match, people who do bet builders know how this works, i only bet with sites that have super sub or fresh legs gas this site calls it, where if a player gets injured or subbed of the player replacing him becomes the player you need to getba shot on targer, its called insurance which i always take wont place this kind of bet otherwise, player gets subbed not managing a SOT but thankfully his replacement did manageva SOT , great i thought bet in, but it wasnt credited so it said bet loser, i have sent them an email about it and if they sort it out ill get back and replace this review with 5 stars but not holding much hope has they dont seem to have very good reviews on this site and others but we'll see...

Shocking customer service. Can’t use tokens worth £20 as no matter what selection I make they say no. Didn’t get my £30 welcome bonus either. Shocking.

Mislead and stole money from me. Opted in to the bet £5 get £30 in free bets as it was active in my account's promotion tab, upon not receiving it I contacted their live chat and was told I wasn't eligible and couldn't be told why. The funny part is that the promotion is still active in my account even after this interaction! This is misleading and fraudulent and I can't wait to hear what the gambling commission has to say about it. Avoid avoid avoid!

Terrible, wrongly settled my bet and dont respond. I had a player to have over 0.5 shots on target, they settled it as a loser when he had 2 shots on target

Do not make the mistake of using this bookmaker, they are very untrustworthy and actually stole funds from me and refused to give them back. It was only £4.10 but its the principle. AVOID!

Dodgy app - would not recommend. They double counted a bet i placed retrospectively. The first time it did not go through, so i placed it again. It lost and then it was only after the bet settled that they took the first bet too. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! I spoke to customer services and they completely dismissed my claims.

In response to your suggestion that I contact you via email (see earlier review), I can confirm I have already done this twice and you have not responded to either email. To comment on my review that I should email you underpins just how poor your service is. Trying checking your email!!

They offer decent promotions, found their customer service good, but by god the site is just full of errors. So many occur during betting and half the time you lose any promotions youve opted into, hopefully this doesnt impact on your use of future promotions if they get removed. It has a lot of potential, but the site just has so many problems.

Customer service is awful. I met the criteria for one of their offers but didn’t receive it. The Live Chat function doesn’t work and they don’t respond to emails or Facebook posts. I literally have no way of contacting this firm. Just appalling. Please avoid.

Awful joined yesterday got verication deposited 10 pound now account been temporary suspended ...cant log in ...no reply to any emails...see ya wont be using u again .....they reply weeks later after the offer has expired......big con avoid

I’m unable to add my card to this to be able to withdraw money and on the app is a card I do not know who owns it with it not being my numbers on the card which is just terrible with money in there waiting to be withdrew and there customer service is shocking

My account was suspended shortly after I deposited funds. After depositing £300, my account was suddenly restricted, and I am currently unable to withdraw the funds I deposited.

I have contacted customer support twice over the last 48 hours and have yet to receive a response. The support agent I had previously been dealing with was called Alice. While I appreciate it has only been 48 hours, the lack of acknowledgement or update is concerning. I will continue to monitor the situation closely and will update this review if the matter is resolved.

At present, it feels as though I have been encouraged to deposit funds only for my account to be immediately restricted afterwards, leaving my money inaccessible. I would expect a prompt response and clarification as to why my account has been locked and when I will be able to access or withdraw my funds.

I have read that under the standards set by the UK Gambling Commission, licensed operators must have fair and transparent complaints procedures and should acknowledge customer complaints as soon as reasonably possible, generally within three working days!!

If this matter cannot be resolved through the internal complaints process, I will ultimately escalate it to an independent Alternative Dispute Resolution.

I hope the operator addresses this issue promptly so that further escalation will not be necessary.

Welcome bonus online where you sign up and get a bonus of £30 in free bets if you place a £5 bet and signed up not knowing my partner has already got an account and we live together. I questioned about not receiving my free bets after making a qualifying bet to find out you can’t get the bonus if someone in the same address already has an account! I have never heard of anything like this! It was not stated clear enough on the terms and conditions and we have now therefore deleted our accounts and will not be using this app! AVOID!!!!

I’m not one to leave good reviews because most betting sites are shocking. But genuinely this is the best betting site I’ve used. Great selection of sporting events, fast withdrawals and credited all my free bets. 10/10 so far.

DO NOT USE! SCAM SITE! They’ll lock your account as soon as you make the bet and not respond to any of emails. This is completely illegal.

They refused to honour the £30 sign up bonus - so I closed my account immediately!! Can't be trusted!!!

UPDATE: In response to their response - I had already contacted you!! You simply are untrustworthy!! - Fooled me once!!!!
