I’ve never had a worse experience with…
I’ve never had a worse experience with a company in my entire life. Supposed to be a company to lower car insurance for young people. Ripping people off to “top up kilometres”. €100 euro for 1000km or they cancel the policy. I have one month left on my policy and they threaten to cancel it over km in the minuses despite me paying nearly a grand to keep them topped up already ontop on my insurance price, and now they’ll cancel it and spike up all the other qoutes I’ll get from other companies. Man on the phone said if it was for different things the cancellation may be lifted, would you rather speeding? Hope you are happy with yourselves for ripping young people off. Don’t be fooled by the first quote you get as it won’t be all you pay for

We are sorry to hear that you have had some issues with your kilometres. As this is a telematics policy we do require you to keep a close eye on your milage, when settling up the policy we do ask customers to be as accurate as possible when selecting milage for the policy term, if you do go over this we do require you to top up to ensure your policy is in the positive, and there is a cost to purchase more milage. As long as you are in the positive, the last 3 month of your policy are milage free and we do not track these.

The same issues again!
1.When I contact GetsetGo you cannot remember me and the car.
( This is my fourth year.)
2. When I to pay the bank are not happy GetsetGo. I contact another bank and they're not happy either. I have to do this again. Eventually I contact with GetsetGo I want to pay takes three hours. Your staff people realize there's a problem with GetsetGo. When I talk with people they are very good.

As an online insurance company our main method of contact is via our Online Chat Service, this facility is accessed via our website and allows you to instant message with an advisor with any queries you may have. While we do not accept incoming calls, we do currently have a call back request system in place for our Call Centre team to contact you, these call back requests are returned within 24-48 hours and can be requested through our online chat facility. All call backs are processed in date and time order to be fair to all customers, at busy periods the call wait time may vary.

Their website doesn't work properly
Their website doesn't work properly, as if it's not managed or created well, meaning I couldn't get through the quote form (car not identified on database nor were manually input details accepted)
When I tried to report it the web agent (Angela) couldn't get their head around a simple issue and we're spouting nonsense to me.
If this is how hard it is for the company to receive a heads up about their website bugging, I can only imagine how terribly they'd handle claims.
I will be avoiding GetSetGo like the plague.
