can't even check on the pricing. once you click on the upgrade button it will charge you whatever they want. total scam. customer support only replies their subscriptions don't refund. becareful

It was really useful for work but I went to cancel before the free trial was over. It said it was cancelled on the website, then a few days later i’m charged £40. I emailed and they said that with their policies they cannot give me a refund

I had a very bad experience with Getsolved.ai. I trusted this company because I saw it is listed on Trustpilot, but my experience turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating.
I subscribed for what was advertised as a 1-week plan, and it clearly indicated that the subscription would cancel automatically after the trial period. However, after 1 week, I was unexpectedly charged $54.67 for a full monthly subscription without any proper warning or clear notification.
What makes this even worse is that the company does not clearly mention anywhere that they have a strict no-refund policy. This feels very misleading and unfair to customers.
I immediately contacted customer service and explained the situation. I even offered a reasonable solution by asking them to keep the original offer amount of $9.99 and refund the remaining balance, but the customer service representative completely refused to help. Instead, they gave me a generic email address and told me to contact them there.
I sent a detailed email with all the information and evidence, but nobody replied. I waited for an entire week and still received no response at all. This level of customer support is unacceptable.
In my opinion, this company uses misleading subscription practices and provides terrible customer service once they take your money. I strongly advise others to be extremely careful before subscribing to Getsolved.ai.

Scammers. They have a 7 day subscription that renews for one month and COST 20 EUROS

Waited seven hours to receive a rewritten essay that was full of rudimentary spelling and grammatical errors, they charged me $100 for it and won't refund even after I emailed support three times. Total scam, they only care about getting your money.

Misleading pricing and hidden charges
i signed up for 7 days trail for 2 euro but at then i was immediately charged an additional 9.99 euro without clear consent. the website makes it incredibly difficult to cancel the subscription and even when i ask for help they always say yes we did not mentioned about 9.99 but it is part of trail and you can not get it back.
i even told them I was canceling my subscription a few moments after, but they did not accept it. and the bad part is they accepted they did not mentioned the cost but it is part of trail. they were not at all helpful.

pretty horrific how there is NO warning of how much something will cost if you press 'upgrade plan' already taken 40 euros from me and quite frankly its not doing much different from other ai's. id be careful with this one

I have been using this platform for a few weeks now and it is one of the most useful study tools I have found. I uploaded a difficult physics assignment, and instead of only giving answers, it explained each step clearly so I could actually understand the process.What makes it even better is that it automatically selects the right tool for each question, which saves a lot of time. I also used the grammar checker and paraphrasing features while working on an essay, and both worked really well. It feels like having several helpful tools combined into one place.

its a scam, all the feature are terrible, they have no help with the support team, and the cancellation process to cancel the extortionate subscription fee (£40/month) is long and twisted and a scam bc i thought i had cancelled but i hadn't and they hadnt made it clear at all. Don't use them

The explanations are easy to understand, and the grammar checker is a helpful bonus feature.

Scammed! Do not use.
I authorised £2 but then they took an extra £19.99 immediately after and said they wouldn't refund!
All i wanted was to see what the huminizer result was, which by the way was abismal and not even gramatically correct.

Scam, will charge you large bills. Besides, the humanisation is pretty wack, might as well write it by yourself.

Avoid !Scamming art in all its glory. I challenge you to buy a one-week subscription and just use what you bought. You are going to end up $20-£14.99 down for only using the app for what is supposed to be a Pro subscription. Avoid . I d rather do the work myself . Then I got a reply "we are really sorry..." B*llshit
