I booked my return ticket from uk to Australia last sept,travelling oct 27 to nov 4,initially booked 26th of Oct but this travel agent change my flight without informing me,if I didn't check the airline I will not know that they changed my flight date,then I would be at the airport and will not get a flight,I called the agent chris and he pretended that he doesn't know a lot of bullshit excuses,I let it pass,I bought the ticket for £1,100 bcos chris said 23kg check in baggage allowance,but when I when I was at the airport oct 27 the check in dest asked me to pay my baggage for £600,I was shocked so I called chris and he denied everything,that I have free baggage allowance,it is a nightmare at the airport almost gave me a heart attack,I was so angry the lies,don't ever booked to this get trip company,they will scammed u,bunch of liars,heartless people,very stressful experience,I have all the receipts,chats,emails to proved my complain,I'm a frequent traveller and I never experience this kind of service,I just came back from my trip and until now I'm still trying to understand why there are kind of people or person like them,taking advantage of other,never trust this travel company .

I booked an umrah package for 3 passengers in July and everything seemed fine, however they were constantly pushing me to make the deposit payments which I did. I then had to cancel 1 passenger due to unforeseen circumstances, one of the agents told me that I will not recieve any refund for the cancelled passenger, so I requested for them to change the name of the passenger as I didn’t want to lose any money. From here is where everything went downhill. They had asked me to pay £700 extra in order to change a passengers name and their reasoning was that they had to book a new flight ticket for the passenger. I then made the decision to cancel all passengers as I would not be paying £700 to add on a passenger. One of the agents told me that I wouldn’t recieve any refund or compensation. I have paid this company over £1200 and I am waiting to be contacted by a manager in order to get my money back. The staff have no manners or empathy for what I was going through and one of the agents was complaining that I was a bad customer and that he had spent all day helping me and I was not helping back. I would not recommend this company as it is not trustworthy and only causes you unnecessary stress.

Please do not deal with this company - they are thieving fraudsters that have a complex scam set up. I have made a report to Action Fraud and my bank about them and their intermediate account that takes money on their behalf called TRAVIXUM. Eva Williams and her gang of thieves will rob you with no concern. Absolutely Vile !! Isn’t it funny the reviews they get are either 1 star or 5 star - pretty easy to see which are legit. Check them on Company’s house website - Get Trip was shut down so legally they should not be trading!
UPDATE** Following my review, Eva Williams, under the guise of promising to return my money to me, began asking and harassing me to delete this review detailing my experience. She claims to not have known that the company has had a final gazette issued that states they have been struck off and dissolved and illegally trading. She called me 5 times and messaged me 45 times, these people are not to be trusted.

Stay away from this company. I booked a return flight explaining there was limited availability everywhere else. They reassured me they had seats on the flight so I payed. Then I get a phone call half hour later telling me the flight was no longer available. I asked for a refund which I was told blatantly they wouldn’t do. They offered me alternatives which I told them before I booked wasn’t an option. The only way to get some money back was to cancel and pay 330. They cancelled a flight that I never booked.

Googled a hotels phone number and ended up with gettrip consultant on the phone.Was given absolute false info about the hotel.Leaving luggage, shuttles etc.Was quoted very expensive price for accomodation.Told the consultant his price was far higher than booking.com.He then dropped the price.I accepted his price as was told booking.com price is a base price and does not include taxes.An invoice was sent for £53.I paid it.Was then informed that there were additional taxes and would have to pay an additional£17 to secure the booking.Told the consultant to cancel the booking and refund my payment.He refused.They are clearly untrustworthy and Fraudulent.No booking was made and the hotel doesn't seem to know who gettrip are.Never use gettrip.

All this company does is ask for good reviews. They're nothing but liars who make big promises but fail to deliver on their service. I had booked an Umrah package with them and paid in advance. A few weeks before my travel date, they told me they couldn’t get the visa. When I asked for proof that they had even applied for the visa, they couldn’t provide it.

They later agreed to refund my money, but not the full amount. So far, I’ve only received part of the refund. I’m still having to chase them for the rest, but no one from their team seems to care. They have a complaint email, but it seems pointless — I’ve never received a reply from them.

Very poor customer services experience, they offer the cheapest travel deals and push you to make a deposit to hold your package which they promise the price will not change whenever you make the full payment, once you are ready to pay they apologize that the package at the price agreed is no more available and offer other packages with more prices, if you deny their offer they will try to compensate you with a package that costs double price and offer it to you for at half price, but still costs you thousands more in comparing to the price agreed, a clever legal scam way to rip you off, if you try to refund your deposit you will get the hardest time with the process which they tell you you refund has been forwarded to the relevant department and will be reflected in your account within 4 weeks, after 4 weeks you will not have your deposit refunded and when you try to call them if they recognize your number you will get no answer, to conclude they are legal scammers who knows how to take your money.
At this time of writing this review i am still fighting to get my deposit refunded, i received a confirmation email on month ago that my refund has been processed, and a second one 2 days ago that they have sent the request to the refund department, no honesty, staff clearly lies when you seek for information's.

I booked my return tickets on June 3rd, 2024, for my travel to India with Company Agent EVA Williams and her Senior Oscar. She told me that the BrightSun is their main company. The payment I gave to TIMES TRAVEL LIMITED ACCOUNT NUMBER After making the payment, they issued me a ticket on FLIGHT EDGE letterhead. When I requested many, many times, they issued the wrong travel date tickets, which were visible for the day on the BA website, and they canceled it with Britsh Airlines on 18th October 2024, confirmed with the British Airways Agent. EVA was never available on the phone, and neither was her manager. The IATA number she gave me also seems to be wrong. Today, 12th December 2024, I checked with the BA authorized person and confirmed that this ticket was never issued. Is there a possibility of a SCAM? Agent EVA replied once to my mail that she had made a request to BA but never gave satisfactory proof of request or reply on WhatsApp. when contacting BRITISH AIRWAYS, they confirmed that there was no request from Flight Edge GETTRIP or Time Travel. The BA AGENT ADVISED ME TO FILE A COMPLAINT IN THE POLICE AND CIVIL SUITE for the harassment of senior citizens.

I was nervous about booking for Dubai, but Get Trip took all the stress out of it. They found the best deal and made sure every detail was sorted for me. The flight, the accommodations, and they also provided me guided tour for tourist attractions everything was perfectly organized. They made this special trip so much easier. John really helped me in creating the perfect tour. I am very thankful to Get trip and will surely choose them again.

I was looking for my refund £1000 and Joseph called me and helped me to get my refund and I grateful 🙏 for him and willing to book my next flight this Agency thank you again Joseph.

My holiday plans wouldn’t have been nearly as good without Get Trip. John handled everything, from flights to hotels and some extra activities. He even managed to get me a couple of dinner reservations at popular spots in Bagkok. Couldn’t have had a better experience!

Get Trip arranged a wonderful vacation for our family, taking care of all the small details. John found hotels with play areas for the kids, so they had plenty to do. We got to relax while they had fun, which was exactly what we wanted. It was honestly one of our best vacations. We’ll definitely be using Get Trip for future travels.
