False advertisement. Patches tiny and from China. Use Boots for advert.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Product never received. I have asked PayPal for a refund. The ads also say they have 5* reviews on Trustpilot, as well as saying they are partnered with Boots and the NHS.

Absolute rubbish!patches half the size and the only reason i got them was because they had the boots online heading...plus they say yhey are made in uk...they are sent from hong kong!!!!

Scam like most of the other companies selling slimming products it’s the same people under different names. Ordered , didn’t receive item . SCAM avoid.

Order never arrived and when I complained they said it was in transit - bullshit!
Luckily I had paid through PayPal and when I complained to them about this company they refunded my money.

Disappointment is not a strong enough word for how l feel with this product for !many reasons 1 to start with it isn't made in UK it has an American flag on box 2 the box is not as shown its very small as are the patches and last but not least IT DOES NOT WORK !!! Facebook needs to take it down !!!!!!!

And a seven day return policy. They should be ashamed

The skin tag removal plaster is a waste of time. Hardly any plaster to stick to the skin & so I secured with a plaster on top. 5 days later removed the patch/plaster & there was no change to the skin tag. Just does not work.

They are scammers requesting a refund because the product does not work or stick to the skin. I have emailed a few times and received no reply.

Never received my order. I emailed and questioned and never received help. Still haven’t received the order and no updates.

The product did not make it to my address. I ordered a product and it naver showed up. It’s a headache to get customers service. Never again. Scammers.

Having waited weeks for delivery. Advertised as a British company, these toy shop items arrive from over sea’s . First disappointment Wrong colour arrived, followed instructions, Second disappointment Does not mould to my own mouth. What a lot of rubbish. Do not purchase these , false advertising. Absolutely disgusting company.

Garbage. Moldable dentures are not as advertised. Save your money and buy the same thing at your local joke shop.
Cheap plastic that can't be molded to fit. Looks like what you would get with your Halloween costume. Can't believe I fell for it. Crooks praying on folks who are desperate and can't afford dental care.
Don't know what those people received who left a good review but it certainly wasn't like what I received

Advertising and product is a scam , product delivered not what I ordered nor can you reach anyone to handle services as emails bounce back as undelivered!!
Plus says sent from Denver USA it’s not it’s China !!! Could get this as the nearest dollar store. Totally unimaginable to get ripped off.

Bought this for a gift. The quality is nice, but I had to wait longer than expected.

Everything went well! Easy to order, product matches the description.

This is a very disreputable company! First of all the company says made in America but it is shipped (hopefully) from China so it’s obviously not made in America! Weeks have passed and no sign of any product. Tracking is a joke and it doesn’t make sense and gives you a runaround. I am doubtful we will see product NEVER NEVER NEVER buy from this lying thieving company!!

August 1 - 14 and counting!!!
Ordered from this company - confirmation came from a different company. I tried contacting both, as the order is "doubled", and the amount reserved/drawn from my Mastercard (I paid via Paypal) is not the sam amount as on the invoice.
It will be "fun" to see whether I am able to return half of the order, or if I am stuck with double.... that is if the package ever arrives, but it seems to be in Europe now, so perhaps there is hope after all.

And now the company who "reacts"/replies instead of GFO (Plaxify) is spamming me several times a day with emails stating "you have something in your cart, do you still want to purchase" - THERE IS NOTHING IN MY CART - and I send them almost the same reply almost every time. If they spam me, I will return the favour!!
