I Chirag Joshi living in india wanted to send a Gift to my friend Zach in US, for which I made this order giftblooms.com website using my credit card, which is legal and I authenticated and allowed my credit card bank to make this transaction, however the product never delivered neither i recieved refund in my credit card as they said, I saw a chat where they mentioned that this is a Fraudulant transaction, and mentioned that I will get refund of the amount $103.53 to my credit card and requesting me to make the transaction using PayPal but I never recieved my money to my credit card since 10 days now. I requested them to refund or deliver the product but these people are not at all responding neither there report a problem contact form is working nor they pickup the calls. It's a complete Fraud Website.

SCAM! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. I placed an order over a week ago. They took my money and have not even prepared the gift. I contacted customer service multiple times and no one responds. There’s no way to cancel on the website so I am unable to get a refund.

They were very helpful and went above and beyond with making sure it got to the Caregiver as the recipient of the gift passed before it could get there.

Balloons were great for my son 3000 miles away from me! However, the website did freeze up a few times and I don’t know if it was the website or my service but I am satisfied overall and the delivery was also prompt. I would use gift blooms again.

The product was of high quality, as well as the package. The shipment was dispatched some dayes after it was announced.

Response to complaint was you approved the delivery when all they said was that they would be delivering an alternate bouquets of balloons when the original selected was sold out - shame on me for thinking they would do the right thing

Nice flower cake for my daughter’s birthday

Absolute worst of a company! Did not even contact the sender or the recipient and just decided to slip redelivery. You ruined a 40th birthday with your incompetence!!!! Do not use this company, unless you want to be disappointed and ruin an important event!!
