Giftcardoutlets.com scammed me. I sold them an egift card and upon waiting the 10 business days I still had not received my money so I contacted their customer support using the phone number listed on their website. For 3 days I was told it would be sent by the end of the day, on the 4th day I tried to call again and found that my number has been blocked.

They stole the money off my giftcard. They didn't pay me. They blocked me.

I have purchased gift cards in the past and only once was the gift card bad and was replaced upon request. But this time a Christmas present gift card I gave to a relative was bad and verified by me was not refunded or replaced upon request. The support group acknowledged my request but did nothing and subsequently ignored by additional requests. This company is not to be trusted anymore they have turned into a scam.

i sold them a 60 dollar giftcard and followed all the steps do get my money and they have yet to send me my money its been over a month. the only respond to my emails 1 time and it was a generic pre writtin statement and i emaild them multiple times.

They gave me a used gidtcard.and would not refund me. I had to go through the bank and months libg investigation. I tried to get them to cooperate first to no avail. They are straight up SCAMMERS!!

I've dealt with GiftCardOutlets several times over the past few years, never had a problem. Not sure what changed but in the past month, I've had three gift cards with balance issues. Luckily, I received a refund for two but the third I've sent three emails and called and cannot get anyone to respond. Time to stop doing business with these crooks.

I gave them my $200 gift card and they responded and told me that the card I submitted had $0 dollar balance. They took the gift card cleaned it out and lied about my balance this website is a scam

Avoid this company at all costs. Purchased a gift card, and received it after a short Know Your Customer check.

The gift card didn't work - so I reached out to their support address and was told it was escalated. A week later, I had heard nothing, and they advised me they escalated to another team (sounds like its a 1 or 2 man operation, so I call non-sense). Waited a few more days, and eventually called bank who suggested a chargeback.

Bank submitted a chargeback, and that evening I finally got a response saying I would be getting a refund. 2 months later, turns out they didn't refund me because I started a chargeback, but then at the end of the chargeback period, my bank applied the charge again because the company provided evidence of the purchase. So they received the funds from me, and when I talked to them about it, they stated there is nothing they can do.

In the end, I bought a GC that didn't work. Was charged for it, received a temporary adjustment from my CC company, and then the charge was placed back on my card and those funds were released to the company. So I paid for a service that I didn't get, and the company agreed to refund.

I will be returning a call to the bank on this, but this company is a scam-ridden operation make sure you don't buy anything.

These thieves took my $50 gift card to dicks sporting goods. Incredible and evil. Once I put the card information in, I was IP blocked from their website the next day. Thanks, jerks. My kid can eat ramen noodles for a few days and wait a week until he eats again. This money was going to buy him groceries

Scam site, do not use

Updated 3/18/25. After first notifying the company that I intended to file complaints with the FTC and the state of Illinois and then subsequently updating the company a few days later when I filed those complaints, I received funds from the company.

This site is a scam site. They stole my gift card, and did not pay me as agreed. I am now concerned about identity theft due to the extent of personal information they were able to acquire as a part of the fraudulent transaction. I feel like an idiot, but I will be pursuing whatever legal remedies I can.


Support initially replied and promised to pay me directly according to the negotiated offer, but then they ghosted me shortly after. I have confirmed that the gift card has been used, so someone either bought it, and they pocketed the money or the site itself used the card balance.

Do not use this site, and do not give them any of your personal Information. Try Card Cash if you are looking for a site. They at least paid me as agreed for another transaction around the same period.

Literally every gift card I purchased from them (4) were invalid. Save your money, save your time.

First time purchasing. Took more than 12 hours to get a call back to verify the first order. They said that after that, orders would be approved without the call, if I use the same credit card to purchase. Have ordered 15 more, and they all came through, and all the gift codes validated.

I have not received my e card..i expected it pronto..disappointed..i want to cancel

Daughter bought me a gift card for $224.41 and in May 2024 it had a balance of $39.98 on it. When I went to use it it showed a zero balance. I kept every receipt so I phoned TJMAXX and asked for an explanation. The card was issued in Virginia on 12/3/23. I had used it during the year. On 5/25/24 it was used in Midlothian, Virginia evidently by the seller or someone at Giftcardoutlet. I have never been to that area and did not spend the $39.98 balance. When I phoned I was told they knew what happened and would get back to me and would be putting it right. When I checked again they said they could not do anything about it. We had purchased from giftcardoutlets in the past but would never purchase from them again. They don’t stand behind their product.

It's a scam. Sold a $250 Prepaid Visa to them, and THEY GAVE ME 5 DOLLARS!

DO NOT SELL GIFT CARDS TO THESE PEOPLE... THEY ARE SCAMMERS and will not pay out on time. I sold my cards to them sell order SO-7250614004 and they have not paid out in over 3 months, and will often not pick up the phone or respond to emails. When they do respond, they always promise they will pay out the next day an never will. Cardcash is much better.

I bought two cards for IHOP. When I went to pay, one worked and the other didn't. I've emailed them SIX times and left two voice messages, because nobody was in to answer as they say. I haven't heard one word back from them.

If I could give it a 0 I would. Low life company from India. Took 100 from a 165.00 giftcard. Paid me 0. Don't try them they are the worst. They don't answer you back. I contacted BBB. THIS company will pay my legal fees.
