In order to tackle this problem we started buying products directly from manufacturers or authorised dealers in bulk and this helped in keeping the cost low. Items out of stock are not replaced quickly and order fulfillment takes waaayyy tooo long.

I was sent the wrong product and completely ignored
I was sent the wrong product. It took 6 emails to get Gift Express to understand that I did not want a refund. I wanted the correct perfume shipped. I shipped back the incorrect perfume where it sat for 7 days without anyone contacting me telling me my replacement was on the way. Finally I contacted them and was told that the product was out of stock. All in all over the course of 30 days I had to pry information out of gift express only not get what I wanted. I'm not sure why when the mistake was made and they were notified one of the 10 times I emailed them that a bottle of the right juice was set aside for replacement.

Oh my God guys you can’t imagine how difficult was for me to make a decision of which perfume I was gonna pick because I didn’t even know how they smell. Absolutely terrible service. Shipping took way too long, and they didn’t even send it until I followed up myself. No apology, no accountability—nothing. This is not how a professional business operates. Stay away.

Order has not shipped in 15 days
We were told our item shipped, but it hasn't even been picked up by the carrier. I reached out to Giftexpress and they stated that it was shipped. I explained that I have worked for USPS for 11 years and know how to check that information. They then said they'd reship. Three days later, we were given a link to track our order- with the SAME tracking number. Still hasn't been picked up. 15 days after we ordered, 12 days after the label was created and still no help.

Gift Express has genuinely been one of the best discounters ive had the pleasure of buying from. For context I live in Texas and have bought a total of 3 bottles on 2 transactions (Khamrah, Khamrah Quawa, & Pasha de Cartier edition noire). All three bottles have shipped and arrived within a buisness week and all three are 100% legit. Not to mention ive saved about $100 (roughly) purchasing via Gift Express. These guys dont get the credit they deserve and are definitely one of the top discounters I recommend for those looking for designer fragrances.
