What a terrible company, I ordered a gift for my son paid for postage they told me ,it said 7_14 day delivery and on day 14 they send email saying I need to pay another additional $24 American dollars, that's about $40 Au I had already paid over $50 postage , they have now cancelled my order im now weighting refund, and my son has no birthday gift disgusting way to run a business

Once again prompt and efficient service. The recipients were delighted with th e gift.

First all they received my order on Friday but did not dispatch it until Tuesday and the person did not receive it until Wednesday. They should not mention same day delivery if it takes them 4 days. Secondly I hoped they packaged it fancy way because it looked like 6 items in a basket, basket looked very empty the way it was packaged. Was very disappointed but I hope the taste was good. I am giving them benefit of the doubt since I know NZ been having lots of rain - weather wise, not sure.

No hassles ordering received the goods on time and looks in good condition.

The tracking link was also easy to access and once I clicked on the linked it showed me where my package was and I did not have to do anything else.

I originally gave them a 1 star as the gift had not been received, however it was at the time of cyclone Gabrielle and it did turn up. Irt was just unfortunate timing when I ordered it. They have a wonderful choice of gifts which made it easy for me to find something. Thanks guys
